Located just behind the Croisette, this modern and fully equipped apartment is the perfect base for a business trip or a family vacation. Just a few steps from the beaches and only a 10 minute walk from the Palais des Festivals and Cannes train station, it offers 77 mÂČ of comfortable living space. Bed linen and towels are provided to ensure a pleasant and hassle-free stay.
You will have access to the entire apartment, and all equipment is at your disposal, unless otherwise specified on site.

Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest.
After 8:00 PM, check-ins are subject to validation, except during conference periods and in the summer.
Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self-check-in and are requested to communicate their preference in advance.
In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on-site. Please note that physical check-in after 8:00 PM incurs an additional fee of âŹ50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during conference periods and in the summer.
For self-check-in, a key box is available.

Decorated in a contemporary style, the apartment features a spacious and bright living room with a television and Wi-Fi connection. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and a washing machine. Two separate bedrooms each have a double bed and their own private bathroom, offering both comfort and privacy. A small terrace allows you to enjoy the outdoors at any time of the day.
Thanks to excellent insulation, the apartment remains very quiet despite its proximity to the railway. There is no private parking on site, but free street parking is available nearby.
