The residence was built in 2023 in a privileged area due to its proximity to the golf course in summer and the cross-country ski course in winter. This magnificent T3 is composed of a spacious and bright living room opening onto a beautiful terrace with a convertible sofa for 2 people. The kitchen is very modern and fully equipped: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, electric kettle, coffee maker. Two separate bedrooms, the first with a 140cm bed and the second with 2 90cm beds complete the set. The apartment has a nice bathroom. The toilets are separate. A private parking space is available to tenants. You will be seduced by the comfort of this rental as well as its location in a peaceful and sunny environment. 2km from the heart of the town of Barcelonnette. Secure golf cart and bicycle box in the residence. 6km from Praloup 1500 where a ski box is reserved for you.
