We enjoyed the stay. We did not use the pool or any other activities available. We were disappointed that the recliner did not work as one in our group needed to sleep in the recliner because of health issues. We also had no idea it was on an upper level. The post said 2 bedrooms on first floor and one on an upper level. We didn't know that the first floor was up a long flight of stairs. That was a challenge for one of our group but we made it work.

The condo is updated, comfortable, and well equipped with everything one could possibly need. Beds are very comfortable, swimming pools are wonderful & within walking distance. Kitchen table was large enough to play games. Also, tv’s in all bedrooms besides the one in great room. Ceiling fans in all rooms, also a plus. Finally, the owner responds almost immediately in answering questions. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Sandie!

Great stay, the thermostat would be my only complaint. We had it set at 70, but when we came back each day it was 84 in the condo.

Condo had everything needed for a comfortable stay and was conveniently located to all attractions! The community itself had amenities such as the pools and gym that we used several times with no issues.

Great stay!

Clean condo! We felt safe in the complex. The indoor pool was great! We really appreciated having toilet tissue, paper towels and coffee with to go cups for us. I would highly recommend staying here

We absolutely loved this condo, the complex and the location. With the weather changing, the condo was very warm. We could not figure out how to change the thermostat. I called the owner and she was very responsive in helping us resolve the issue. Would totally stay here again!

Great place for family and friends

We had 8 people staying for 2 nights and really enjoyed our accommodations! Having 3 king beds was very handy and they were fairly comfortable. We had all the toiletries and extras we needed so only one trip to the market qas necessary.

The check-in process was super easy. The condo was comfortable and clean. We basically just slept there, but it accommodated 6 adults well.

Wonderful cozy living space

Me and my two kids stayed here in this 3 bedroom condo and my kids felt like home each with their own space and bedroom. Board games were great we played UNO every night and had a blast. Everything we needed we had. We will def come back again.

Incredible condo for vacation!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this condo. We have young children but this would work great for couples as well- all king beds with three baths! The location was awesome, an easy drive to the pool/pickleball courts. Some walked! We would definitely stay here again. We hated to leave!!

Amazing stay

We came in from Michigan for a baseball tournament at Ballparks of America. We absolutely loved our stay. Location was great, loved the community feel, pool, pickle ball and food at the clubhouse were all great. The condo was clean and just as described. Beds were very comfy ,condo was very well stocked had everything we needed. The owner Sandie was a gem to work with she was so helpful and great with communication. If you are coming to Branson do not hesitate to stay here. 5 stars all around!

Yearly family vacation

Great condo with all the amenities! The owners were easy to work with and had prompt responses when needed. The check out process was a breeze. Location is outside of downtown area so you’ll experience a more quiet environment. The only “downside” you may have is if you can’t do stairs as this is a second floor condo. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful condo but too many rules

The condo was everything and more. Perfect size for our family and fully stocked with everything you need. The only thing that was a huge drawl back for us, is all the rules and none of which are listed on the property listing. For us we enjoy lounging at the pool most of the time and having a couple drinks. What they don’t tell you is you can’t have drinks at the pool and the pool is so busy all the time that it is far from relaxing. This was a huge buzz kill for our vacation and made me wish we had stayed elsewhere. Also the check in process was ridiculous. A long car ride and you’re anxious to get out and start enjoying vacation to only have to sit inline for 30-40 minutes to even get into the property. This is no fault of the owners but just a heads up to other guest planning to stay here. We enjoyed the condo itself but we would not recommend Point Royale simply because of the busyness and too many rules to just sit back and relax and enjoy some time away. If you don’t mind all of that and you don’t spend much time at the property itself then this is the perfect place for a family.

We first started coming to Branson and Table Rock lake some time ago. We fell in love with Pointe Royale the first time we went in the nicely gated community. We first purchased another 2 bedroom 2 bath 4 blocks away on Wimbledon. We have affectionately named this the Taneycomo Condo and hope you have a great and relaxing stay.

We purchased this property for 3 main reasons.
1) Gated and secure
2) Fantastically maintained with ALL the amenities
3) Best location in Branson for convenience with a peaceful atmosphere

MODERN CONDO WITH ALL THE AMENTITIES YOU COULD EVER WISH FOR.
POINTE ROYALE IS A SMOKE FREE COMMINUITY, INCLUDING NO MARIJUANA USE.
ALSO PLEASE DO NOT FEED THE GEESE.
