The place was perfect for my wife and I, as we were attending a concert at Red Rocks Ampitheatre, which was a short and easy drive from the property. It's a cute little place that was nice, clean and neat. I would definitely recommend it.

My family and I had a great stay. The property was very clean and a great location for our needs to move our daughter into CSM. Close to the grocery store and downtown Golden as well. The owners were very responsive and helpful. My daughter fell in love with the heated floors and blue tooth speaker in the bathroom which she utilized when she took a shower. My wife and I will be staying again when we come visit.

Outstanding day!

While the property doesn’t boast a lot of room, it makes up for it and cleanliness and location the downtown Golden. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property and will definitely book again. Ideal for Up to four people for sure! Surrounding neighborhood was great as well!
