Perfect lake front property with dock

Check in with super easy four bedrooms two baths full kitchen. Place was clean ready for use. Love the dock access right location on a beautiful lake Barkley

Great stay

We had a great time here! The house was in a great location. We rented a pontoon from the nearby marina which was a short boat ride away. The quick access to both sides of the lake was awesome. The house was perfect for our family with young kids. It was well stocked and equipped with towels, sheets, kitchen utensils, etc. We also appreciated the access to tv/Disney/Netflix for movies after dinner! Tim was very easy to get in touch with and super responsive. The neighbors came by a few times and were extremely helpful and kind. Overall a great family stay!

Great location and wonderful dock

My family of eight, 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 8-13) stayed over the 4th of July weekend and had a great time. The house is clean, had plenty of room and the kitchen had everything we needed. The dock is the star of the show. We caught several types of fish off the dock, enjoyed watching the boats go by and relaxed by the water watching beautiful sunsets! We had great communication with the owner for anything we needed. I would recommend renting a boat from Eddy Creek marina which is so close. We also got a boat one day from Prizer Point which was about a 40 minute boat ride from the house. Overall a great experience here!

Wonderful property with amazing lake access!

Our families from Illinois and South Carolina thoroughly enjoyed this great home on the lake! Nice quiet neighborhood with large yard and private boat dock! 3 days of Fishing, swimming, campfires, boating and barbecuing was just what we needed!!! Thanks Tim, looking forward to a return trip!!

Beautiful sunsets

The house is older but very well maintained and well stocked for travelers who are fixing most of their meals. We caught bass, drum and catfish from the dock and tried our luck with the paddle board. We had early morning sighting of an Eagle, several deer and water birds. Evenings were quiet with gorgeous sunsets. The ONLY difficulty was the front drive at the road is steep and should be labeled for 1 way traffic. We got hung up on our first try but the rest of the trip we went in the furthest drive and out the near one without issues. We will absolutely consider this property again for our annual friends get away. Thanks Tim for your hospitality!

Great Labor Day vacation

Overall the home and property is wonderful. Everything was great. The view of the lake is amazingly beautiful and relaxing. We had a small glitch the time we were there, Tim and his wife tried very hard to fix but was out of their control. It did make our stay a little challenging, but overall everything was good. We would rent again for sure. Easy to get to, very peaceful and the home has all the amenities at your fingertips. It does have lots of stairs, kitchen is downstairs, family sitting area is upstairs, lots of up and down stairs. Dock is down lots of stairs that you also have to climb to get back up to the home. We have already recommended it to some of our friends.

House on the lake

Had a last minute trip to Lake Barkley. The location was easy to fine. My son’s joined us on this trip. We were able to rent a pontoon at Prizer Point Marina for two days and keep it at the dock. We spent two full day exploring the lake. The grocery store was a short distance away and we were able to grill out all three nights. I really enjoyed the evenings sitting outside. Watching the sunset over the lake, it was so beautiful.

Wonderful family vacation

It was a perfect place to enjoy with our children and grandchildren. Plenty of room for the eight of us. Beautiful views from the windows. A safe covered dock for the boat our son brought with him. A Paddle board and two kayaks were supplied by the owner and were fun for the younger generations. The house itself was well supplied and had plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. A great trip!

Beautiful Gem on Kentucky Lake!!!

We had an absolutely amazing time while staying on Kentucky Lake in this beautiful home. The pictures accurately show what the house looks like. Communication with the owner was great...although we never had any problems. We rented a pontoon boat one day to try out different fishing locations but (honestly) had the best lock fishing from the dock and shore just steps away from the house. The house was amazing. Kitchen nice and big, large kitchen eating area. Upstairs had a nice couch area and TV for hanging out and enjoying the views. We loved having 4 bedrooms, which worked well with the two young men and one woman along with me and my wife. Plenty of bathroom space for all. The house was clean, stocked with utensils, glasses, cookingware, plates, etc. Cannot say enough great things about it, but this might be the best: we have been coming every summer to Kentucky Lake for the past 3 years, and if we come back again next year, we will definitely book this property. A+++ Thank you for making our vacation relaxing and enjoyable!

Awesome VRBO!!

Amazing stay at Tim’s place! Great house! He brought a kayak and there was a paddle board there as well! Communication with Tim was great, prompt and he even drove by in his boat to say hello! I highly recommend this VRBO!

Great Lakefront House

Very clean and well kept lakefront home. Enjoyed all the outdoor areas where you can relax and view the lake. Very nice kitchen and eating area both indoor and out. We will be back!
