The dining table seats 6 with additional seating at the breakfast bar.  A sectional sofa and a 55” flat-screen TV in the living room offers the perfect front-row seat for any game-day enthusiast. Running the entire width of the villa, the covered veranda beckons you with an irresistible invitation to come to sit and unwind

turn off your phone
just come sit and relish some ‘me’ time.

The master bedroom offers an equally superb water view, a king bed, a 42” flat-screen TV and an impressive ensuite with swank spa tub, glassed shower and separate water closet.

The first guest bedroom is perfect for the kids with two sets of bunks and a 42” LCD flat-screen TV. This bedroom also has a full ensuite bath.

The den has been converted to a third bedroom with a queen bed and a 32” flat-screen TV.

Property is beautiful. So relaxing. It pays to stay at the Marina, views were beautiful. Accommodations r spacious felt so at home. excellent. Great group of ladies!! Barefeet Rentals was so easy to book through and extremely helpful. Always had a friendly attitude. So happy l booked through them.

Very nice complex and unit with great view

Mariner’s 123 was a great location with beautiful view overlooking marina and ocean. A great view to wake up to. Only minor issues with the unit prevented a 5 star (tv’s not working, little paper goods in unit). But would overall recommend for a wonderful Keys vacation.

Very nice vacation rental. Quiet, safe,clean, and had nice amenities (laundry, nice balcony, gym, pool, hot tub,club house) plus VERY comfortable bed in master bedroom. Near good restaurants and other necessities as long as you have a car. Seemed to be mostly adults, which we consider a plus !Pictures of listing very accurate. Only minuses (minor) was asphalt redone during stay so minor inconveinance with parking/moving car and luggage and just would be nice to have a few more towels in the room for beach use. Otherwise great stay; owner easy to reach, provided lots of local information (restaurants, vendors for activities, excursions,etc) and even provided some bathroom toiletries (soap, shampoo). Would definitely stay again at this nice property. THANK YOU!!

Summer Getaway

We are a family of 5 that came to the Keys for the scuba diving and snorkling. Our three children are 15, 12 and 9. This unit was VERY comfortable for our family - more than spacious enough! The owners were very responsive to the few issues that we had when we first arrived. The kitchen was amazing, very large and modern and well equipped. The master bedroom was very elegant, I only wish I took the time to enjoy the jacuzzi tub! My boys were very happy to have their own TV in the bunk room! I spent most of my down time on the balcony with a glass of wine enjoying the marina and ocean view. This must be off season because it was very quite in the entire resort. The large pool was nearly empty and the smaller pool we did have to ourselves! We spent the majority of the time in the keys at the Pennekamp state park where my husband and boys took several dive trips and my daughter and I snorkelled. We spent time on the small beach as well. The park also has boats you can rent. One day we took a day trip to Key West, it took about 2 hours and we were able to see the rest of the Keys. Overall it was a lovely vacation and we would definently return and use this unit as our home away from home!

Luxury Is Just A 6 Letter Word.....

We were really disappointed in this unit. The tv was not working which was a huge disappointment. Having to eat in the bedroom when we wanted to watch something and not being able to use the huge living room was an inconvenience as well. We could have just booked a hotel room if we were going to be in the one room the entire week. There should have been someone to come over right away on Sunday when I contacted the owner to switch out the tv so we would have access to that living area during our stay. This was a very expensive unit. It was listed as a “Luxury” unit which it clearly is not. We decided to splurge on something nicer and larger since this wasn’t just a vacation. I am not sure why we paid a cleaning fee for a condo that is clearly not clean. I was embarrassed that I had talked my husband into booking this more expensive place the moment we walked into it. It was not clean. The towels in the bathrooms are all mismatched, stained, and extremely cheap. There was only one kitchen towel that we could find in the kitchen drawers. There was one garbage bag in the can, and no others that we could find. We went to the dollar store to buy dish soap since that was out as well. The floors were stained and dirty. If we had been traveling with children I would have asked for a different unit since the carpet in that room is trashed. I wore my socks most of the time b/c I couldn’t stand the feeling of the dirty floors. I tossed them out when we left. The king size bed had a soda tab mixed in the bedding, which made me question if the sheets had even been changed. The underside of the comforter had stains on it so we pulled that off and didn’t use it. There are only 2 thinned out pillows on that bed for sleeping, which is ridiculous. We took pillows off the other beds since fortunately we didn’t have anyone else with us. The light in the living room ceiling fan, the entry door, and one over a vanity in the master bathroom didn’t work. The owners should really take more recent photos of their unit, remove “luxury” from the description, and charge far less for this unit. The Mariner’s Club itself was excellent. The facilities and the workers at the gate were awesome! I would love to stay at this club again, but unfortunately would not want to stay in this unit, nor would I recommend this unit to anyone else unless it's for a much cheaper rate. I sent pictures to the owners of the property, sadly, they never responded.

Vacation

Everything was awesome ! We had a great time . The place was spacious and clean. Spent most our time on the balcony, great breeze overlooking their private and small boat slips and ocean. Very relaxing. Very quiet ! Pools and Jacuzzi were also very nice and relaxing. Look forward to visiting again.

Great place!

Place was very nice and clean. Views were excellent from balcony - took several naps on balcony lounge chair. Pool was awesome! Very safe and well kept resort. Would definitely stay there again. FYI- washer and dryer in our unit was off balcony not in hallway.

Very clean and spacious. Property was very nice. We enjoyed morning coffee and evening glasses of wine on the balcony overlook the marina. I would most certainly stay here again.

Great Location, Needs Updates

Pros: great location, view, amenities(fitness room, pools), communication with management company, toilet don’t flush and that was fixed same day. Cons: soap, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, dish detergent, garbage bags were scarce, bath towels. They couldn’t have provided less of these if they tried.Overall: I’d go back but be prepared to include the list above on your initial shopping trip.

Enjoyed going to the pool one day. Wish there was food or bar on property. The grotto was fun to hang out in for an afternoon. Property seemed very well maintained. Friendly at booking and at check in. Housekeeping manager was friendly when our problem was solved. Disappointed that staff just blamed answering service for lack of response.

Fabulous! Our rental was very spacious and clean! Loved loved our view of the Atlantic ocean, enjoyed the hot tub grotto and all the amenities were exactly as advertised! One of the toilets kept running and running and would not flush. I was called back immediately and our issue was resolved promptly. We took a tiki boat ride. Ate at Sundowners (at sunset), enjoyed the relaxed local restaurant and bar at Sharkeys. However, it was our time at the Mariner Bay Club that we really enjoyed. The hot tub, beach area and the game room. I could tell these ladies love their job! Everyone was very kind and friendly!

we had a great time.

we had a great time. The view was great. The door in the master bedroom won,t lock, it was broken which we don,t notice til Monday night. But I would highly recommend this unit. We didn't call for maintenance. MANAGER'S RESPONSE: Thank you for this information and know on your next stay to call maintenance and we will send someone to help. Everyone was very friendly the person I talk to on the phone and the people at front gate. We enjoyed our stay.
