From the house, you can walk to the sandy beach of Trouville-sur-Mer to enjoy (swimming, fishing, lounging, walking) and admire the magnificent sunsets over the sea.

In a quiet, sunny street, the house is less than 10 minutes' walk from the fish market, restaurants, Casino and Thalasso.

On the first floor you'll find a living room with a dining table that can seat 8, and a fully-equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle).

On the first floor you'll find a double bedroom (140x190) with a sofa bed for relaxing and enjoying the sea view, a bathroom with bath and a separate WC.

The second floor has a bedroom with two bunk beds and a double bedroom (140x190) with its own shower room.

On the third floor, you'll find a large bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a bench that can be converted into a double bed.

In the basement (at street level) you will find a bicycle storage space, a washing machine and a separate toilet.

The house has been completely refurbished, is tastefully decorated and is ready to welcome you to share good times with family or friends.

End-of-stay cleaning is included, and beds will be made on arrival, with towels, bath mats and tea towels at your disposal.
A concierge will be on hand to welcome you and answer any questions you may have during your stay.
