Beautiful retreat

What a beautiful property! My family and I enjoyed our stay. The home was lovely and spacious and we loved All the areas you can gather. Paul was very accommodating to make our stay enjoyable. The pool was a big hit with the kids and we had a blast in the tavern which was a big hit with the adults. Thank you!

Fun, Easy

This was a relaxing and fun place to stay and catch up with friends. The pool was beautiful and the view from the deck couldn't be nicer. We saw seals singing on the rocks in the early mornings!

Moving towards greatness

The pre-check in quality survey by mgmnt needs to be a little more thorough to ensure the amenities listed are actually on site and in working order. Hot tub was not operating. Pest control, weed control, bocce ball court could all use more attention. Two dish towels for a group of 15 is not enough. It's the little things that matter. One expects these things at the current nightly rate. These issues did not prevent or limit the groups total enjoyment of a great vacation. We would do it again. Thanks Paul and the Farmhouse team.

Wonderful stay at an amazing property!

We had an amazing stay at the Farm House for a corporate offsite with 6 colleagues/friends! Everyone wanted to stay for a week (not just our couple of days)! The home is beautifully appointed with generous, open and inviting space. Every room has breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape and ocean. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom (a bonus) with beautiful views. The kitchen is well-stocked with every baking/grilling/cookware you could ask for! We all remarked at the long, stunning kitchen table that was so well suited for dinner with a large group of family/friends. The screened-in porch, with its cool pleasant breeze, was also a great spot for dinner. The property's outdoor offerings are inspiring and well maintained. The variors outdoor deck spots with tables/sofas/ chairs (including near the gas firepit for a cool night!) provided so many great options to enjoy the outdoors day or night (we watch a lunar eclipse until 11 pm!). The pool/hot tub was inviting and crystal clear, the landscape was lush and green, and the bocce court was surrounded by beautful flowering trees. The walk to the pond and beach (2 minutes) was calm, inviting and surrounded by natural beauty. It's a place that everyone will surely remember! The property manager was exceptionally responsive and helpful leading up to our stay and during our stay. We had one minor snafu with internet/hot tub temp controls and she came immediately to reset it and everything worked smoothly. She was amazing to chat with at all times. All of us would absolutely recommend this place - we all want to return for a longer stay!

Great Getaway Spot

The Farmhouse was a great relaxing experience. The views were amazing including gorgeous sunrises. We loved the amenities and spent a lot of time at the poolside. Overall, A++ rating as an amazing gathering spot for a group of friends and our families.

Farmhouse Stay

This property was excellent. Perfect for our stay. I came here with my family for my wedding week and we had a blast. Paul and the Farmhouse Team were responsive and quick to address the few issues we encountered. The only complaint we had was that the house had minimal supplies (only 2 towels and 1 roll of toilet paper per room - some rooms had none). This issue was rectified — thanks to the FH team’s responsiveness. This was a small issue overall though as we truly enjoyed every day at the house. I would highly recommend for families or large groups of friends looking for a beautiful retreat on coastal MA.

Amazing location

This house accommodates all and there is enough to satisfy on property for a week. We were told major renovations had occurred and there is more to do. Some amenities listed are not useable which was disappointing. Property managers are at your disposal and go out of their way to please. I would come again when this great potential is realized.

Wonderful and memorable stay!

Our host was super communicative and responsive. The house is amazing for families with children. Five bedrooms each had an en-suite plus there’s a terrific bunk room with living room and kitchenette for kids on the lower level with access to pool. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and grounds immensely. The kitchen is wonderful for a big groups. Beach is better enjoyed at low tide as there’s more area at that time. Beautiful deck with lovely view. Screen-enclosed gazebo room off the living room and deck is perfect for gathering in the evening. Solo stove on site which we also enjoyed. We had such a fun week at The Farm House!!

Great house with a great team behind it!

We booked this house for our annual family trip (12 adults, 8 kids under 7) in December for a July rental. During that time the house was bought by new ownership and we were very fortunate that it was! The rental was even better than advertised. The changes that were made in the weeks prior to our arrival were apparent and looked great! The owner, Paul was very accommodating and responsive during the entire lead up to our trip as well as during our time at the house. Mike, the maintenance tech was also great and couldn't have been nicer. The house was gorgeous, the kids loved the pool and there is a ridiculous amount of outdoor space for lawn games and even a bocce court! Small touches like a bottle of local wine and local coffee grounds just go to show the level of class and attention to detail by Paul and his team; highly recommended!

A post-pandemic family vacation

After not being able to gather for our annual summer vacation in 2020, our family members were able to converge on the Farm House for an amazing week long stay. The house was perfect for our group ranging in age from 10 through 78 - room for everyone to enjoy both the indoor and outdoor spaces. Our family especially enjoyed the "great lawn" for games , the pool, hot-tub, and the the patio for dining. Our daughter accepted a proposal of marriage on the balcony overlooking an extraordinary view with the rest of the family witnessing this moment from the terrace below. Quite a memory!! We also spent time exploring the nearby historic sites and beaches as well as deep sea fishing and traveling by ferry to Nantucket for a fun day trip. Our stay at the Farm House was a perfect way to reunite after not beging together in 2020.

Wedding Wedding

We stayed at the Farmhouse for a long weekend to celebrate our wedding. There was 16 of us and the Farmhouse was absolutely perfect. When we first arrived we were greeted with a large welcome basket and a card congratulating us on our wedding. There was plenty of room for everyone to stay and the owner even provided air mattresses for those who did not have a bed. The communication was incredible during booking and our entire stay! We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding weekend at the farmhouse! We will definitely be staying in the future!
