Relaxing stay

Had a relaxing stay. House was clean and cozy and located in a quiet working class neighborhood minutes from Riviera Beach marina and Blue Heron bridge. Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Would happily visit again.

It started with great communication from the homeowner. We arrived at a spotless modern home located conveniently to everywhere we wanted to go. The layout worked great, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water for the showers. The jigsaw puzzle was a nice touch that gave us opportunity to spend quality time together. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

North wood Historic Home

Had a lovely 3 night stay at this house! Very clean with everything you need. Sam was very easy to get hold of and very helpful. Would stay there again!

First and last time renting. The place itself is old and run down. It was the no sleep because of all the gang/groupie activity that really knocked it out of the park.

Cute and comfortable

We had a great time in West Palm. This is located in a working class neighborhood close to Peanut Island (our destination). Great amenities and no surprises. We would love to stay here in the near future. Highly recommended.

Property Issues

The property was clean. When we first arrived, the closet door fell on my son's girlfriend. The bedroom door also did not open from the inside which caused them to be trapped in the bedroom. My son's girlfriend had to climb out of the window in order to go around to the front door to open the bedroom door. I did inform the owner but received no response. Hopefully this will be repaired by the next person's stay. Make sure you check. It is the bedroom closest to the kitchen.

Hi Amy thanks for reviewing however this is pretty disingenuous. You only notified us of the issues after you checked out. We’ve had dozens of guests and your party is the only one who has ever had issues with the “door not unlocking from the inside”. We checked and you simply just have to lift the handle all the way up, and like I said no guests have had any issues before or since.

No. 1 experience

Sam was a great host. The property was super clean and as advertised. We stayed there for a week and we felt safe all along in the neighbourhood. We were on site during a tropical storm and Sam, without us asking, came over to check on the property post storm and to fix a few things caused by the storm which was greatly appreciated. Small things that made the stay pleasant for someone like me who rents a lot of these short-term properties: good water pressure in the showers and plenty of hot water; good towels; good washer/dryer; good TV; good internet connection. The check-in/check-out process was simple and Sam was very responsive. In sum: 5/5 experience.
