We will be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our third year staying at RPM rentals, & our second year at Bear Crossing. We really like the location of the properties where we have been. On the river is one of our main requirements when staying in Pigeon Forge, TN. & we were within walking distance to many shops & restaurants. Our condo had easy access to the Parkway & we could avoid the Parkway traffic by going the opposite way to Teaster Lane to get to a lot of the activities & shopping. Overall we were very pleased with this unit. Beautiful decor, very comfortable beds, & quite location. Our only complaint was the condition of the floors in the unit. They were NOT clean & those who like to walk bare or sock feet should not do so unless housekeeping does a better job cleaning them next time!!
Svar från VrboOwner 16 sep. 2023
We appreciate you staying with us again. We are so pleased that you enjoy our convenient location and a beautiful river view. Thank you for letting us know about the floor issue. Please give us a call if you have an issue during your stay, we will gladly address it while you are here. We have addressed this issue with our housekeeping staff. Thank you for your review and we hope that you visit again soon.
