Kaz Endemik - Villa 4* Piscine à L'Ermitage

Located in L'Hermitage-Les-Bains, less than 5 minutes walk from the lagoon considered to be the most beautiful on the island, La Kaz Endemik invites you on a trip to the heart of the cultural and plant components of Reunion.
At the foot of the Mafate circus, which is part of the UNESCO World Heritage site, and on the shores of the Indian Ocean, it is a stay rich in discoveries on the flora, fauna and history of the island which awaits you in the shade of endemic trees, and rocked by the trade winds!

Classified as 4 * furnished tourist accommodation, the Kaz Endémik has been designed to provide you with maximum comfort during your stay:

Inside, you can park your vehicle, and a visitor car park offers a few places nearby.
The garden, with trees and flowers, welcomes you to help you discover part of the endemic flora of Reunion, and you may have the chance to taste the fruits of the garden depending on the season.
A swimming pool will allow you to relax in peace.
Under its large covered terrace, which extends into a slatted floor, you can relax, or have an aperitif, and taste the Reunionese gastronomy.
The living room is organized around the kitchen. Tastefully decorated, it invites you to dream and explore the primary forest of Bélouve.
The kitchen is furnished and equipped, with both household appliances and small equipment.
The Indian bedroom on one level, accessible to people with reduced mobility, is equipped with a queen size bed, and has its own walk-in shower, and an Indian storage unit.
The Chinese and European double bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and a comfortable sofa bed (also queen size), a storage cupboard which is added to the antique Chinese furniture. It has 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower, and a toilet.
A little out of the way, a third independent bedroom has a queen size bed, and has its own walk-in shower and a toilet. It has a storage cupboard, and opens onto a small green terrace.
A TV library lounge completes the set.

Note that this is a fully independent villa ground floor. Although people live upstairs in the house, the pool and garden are not shared. For your privacy and comfort, they are entirely reserved for you.

As needed, an autonomous arrival and departure can be organized. We remain at your disposal to provide you with any information useful for the quality of your stay.

The Hermitage beach occupies the southern third of the coastline of the town of Saint-Paul. It is the longest on the island, over 7 km long.
This generally calm body of water does not exceed 500 m wide, for approximately 1 to 2 m. The water temperature of the lagoons varies between 22 and 30 ° C.

The white sand beach is made up of coral debris (and in a minority of shells), which, stirred by the waves or crushed by certain animals, become finer and finer and are pushed back towards the coast. It is bordered by casuarinas for several kilometers, the top of the beach being frequently occupied by clumps of "Durand potatoes" (Ipomoea pes-caprae, Convolvulaceae family) with beautiful purple flowers. You can also see Canavalia rosea, known as "Potato-pig" in Reunion, whose purplish-pink flower is more discreet than that of Ipomoea pes-caprae, with which it sometimes mixes. These two creeping plants play an important role in fixing coastal sand.

We advise you to rent a vehicle for the duration of your stay.
A public transport offer exists, but is still inefficient. A bus stop is nearby.
For your short trips on the west coast, you can find bike rental companies.
Finally, in the shade of the Filaos, walking is pleasant to reach the beach and restaurants located nearby.

Before confirming your reservation, please note that the Kaz Endemik can accommodate up to 8 people.

It consists of the main house comprising:
- Its Indian bedroom + bathroom for 2 people (with 160 bed)
- Its Chinese double bedroom + double bathroom for 2 to 4 people (with 1 160 bed + 1 160 sofa bed)

It also has an adjoining studio with:
- Its African bedroom + bathroom for 2 people (with 160 bed)

Depending on the number of travelers participating in the stay, here are the possibilities:
- Up to 6 people: you have the main house.
- Beyond 6 people: you have both the main house, but also the adjoining studio.

Special case: if you are only 6 people (or less) and however for your comfort you want to enjoy the adjoining studio, this is possible.
