Shoreview on the Island is a beautiful, completely renovated, professionally decorated three bedroom, two bathroom home with a HEATED private salt water pool, yoga mats, game room, private sports bar, coffee bar, back porch with two hammock swings around a fire pit, and tropically landscaped fenced backyard, located on a quaint barrier island, in the quaint beach town of Indialantic, on the East Coast of Florida. Shoreview is in an upscale beachside neighborhood and just two miles from Howard Futch Memorial Park at Paradise Beach, one of Brevard Counties best beach parks. Paradise Park has a very wide white beach,
beautiful shade trees, restrooms, volleyball courts, playground, private pavilions with large fire pit grills, and plenty of parking for cars, golf carts and bicycles. On certain days, you can even attend yoga classes on the beach. (Housekeeping and Pet Sitting services available)

If you are looking for a more secluded beach area, Sunrise Beach Park in Indialantic is about a mile and a half from Shoreview on the Island (just across the street from the Publix grocery store in Indialantic). The Town Hall in Indialantic, between Fourth and Fifth Avenues, is less than a mile from Shoreview, and they sell yearly Indialantic beach parking stickers for $30 a year. To me, it is well worth it! You must have a sticker to be able to access this small park. Sunrise Beach Park is also the closest dog friendly beach area. You can take dogs on it two hours after sunrise and two hours before sunset. We love seeing the happy dogs playing on the beach. AND, the park also has a cool workout course if you are interested in breaking a sweat and burning some calories.

Shoreview is professionally cleaned and disinfected beyond the CDC recommended Covid practices. Additionally, we have just added, the use of an ozone machine before our guests arrive. Ozone is known for its disinfectant and sanitation properties. Ozone is a highly effective oxidation agent which eliminates bacteria, fungi mold and viruses. We are excited to be able to offer this additional protective measure for our guests, and believe it is well worth our investment to help protect the health of our guests and the people in our community.

The three bedrooms and two bathrooms include all new luxurious mattresses and 1000 thread count linens and towels. The game room includes a regulation size foosball table, electronic darts, cards, poker chips and lots of other games. The private heated salt water pool is screened, and the large backyard is surrounded by gorgeous coconut palms for that intimate private islandy vibe. Shoreview have a gas grill, hammock swings and a gas fire pit in the pergola, corn hole, lots of pool toys and outdoor furniture. Beach chairs, beach wagon, umbrellas and beach towels are also included. Bicycle rentals are available less than two miles at Bob's Beach Bicycle Works Indialantic.(trek bikes.com) And golf cart rentals are available at Gorilla Rides in Indian Harbor Beach, just a few miles from Shoreview. The family room includes a built in fireplace and large flat screen smart TV, built in and surrounded by stunning stone. The bedrooms, and the sports bar area, also have new flat screen smart TV's, Internet and Wi-Fi are included.

The kitchen is fully stocked with microwave, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, toaster, coffee bar and everything a chef could ever desire. The laundry room is spacious with large washer and dryer and detergent.

With over 140 space launches planned for Brevard County in 2024, Shoreview is a perfect venue to watch one of these incredible launches. Until you have felt the vibration and energy and viewed one of our areas amazing launches, you honestly have not lived!

Downtown Melbourne, and Historic Downtown Eau Gallie are just minutes away from Shoreview. Local breweries are in both of these areas along with delightful local restaurants, with all types of food. There is lots of fishing, surfing, walking, boating, golfing and miles and miles of trails for bike riding. It's no wonder that Melbourne (Indialantic) is "named the top place in the country to live near the beach".

Shoreview is approximately seven miles from the Orlando Melbourne Airport, and less than an hour from Orlando International Airport. An easy hours drive to Orlando's numerous theme parks, Disney World, Universal Studios and other tourist attractions including the exciting and educational NASA Kennedy Space Center.

Shoreview is Smoke Free and will allow pets (non-refundable pet fee required for pets), when approved by the owner. Please note that pets are NOT ALLOWED on any of the furniture. Shoreview is just one of our fabulous vacation homes in the area. We have multiple others and will be happy to share them with you at your request. We are VRBO "Premier Hosts" to all our properties and we believe you will be pleased with all our reviews. Other vacation rentals are on the beach and in the downtown Melbourne area.

Our family also owns a local beyond organic farm in Malabar called Florida Fields to Forks. We are currently working on "GLAMPING" rentals for guests to be able to enjoy our farm. Agritourism has become a wonderful way for families to enjoy and understand their healthy food sources and all the fun happenings of a local farm. Please keep in mind when renting this upscale property that you will be in a beautiful, private and quaint neighborhood with lovely families who enjoy our beachside community and reside here full time. Shoreview has a large driveway that can accommodate plenty of parking. We ask that you utilize the garage and driveway for your parking needs.
