This very spacious beach villa, with appealing Mediterranean inspired architecture, is just minutes from the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico and a public beach access that offers a long stretch of undeveloped beach space. This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home sleeps up to 16, including both adults and children. The third-floor master bedroom offers a King Sized bed, a private balcony, a coffee and wine bar, wall-mounted flat-screen, and en-suite bathroom. with jetted tub and a walk-in shower. Walk down to the second floor and find the main living level. The large living room with huge wall-mounted flat-screen television is perfect for family-night. This floor also has a full bath with shower, a bedroom with 2 Queen sized beds, wall-mounted flat screen television, dining area and large, fully equipped chef's kitchen with an island. The second floor also has a large balcony for enjoying our warm Florida evenings and the living room has a sleeper sofa for extra bedding. The first floor has a secondary living room with sleeper sofa, and a wall-mounted flat-screen television. There are two guest bedrooms on the first floor as well. The mother-in-law suite is furnished with a comfortable queen bed attached to the Jack and Jill bathroom. The kids' bedroom has 2 Queen sized beds and wall-mounted flat-screen television. The laundry room is also on the first level just before you walk out to the four-seasons room. The four-seasons room is perfect for family gatherings and it leads out to the paver patio complete with Edison lights overhead which create a great ambiance. This home allows for up to four vehicles; two in the driveway and two in overflow parking by the pool if available. No garage parking available. The home has high-speed wireless internet and Hulu television service on all television. The Arborgate community is j a short bike ride or golf cart ride to the Beach Access at the end of River Road. Perdido Key is well known for the pristine white beaches and the many parks to enjoy. Miles of undeveloped coastline, off-road walking, jogging and biking trails. There is a public kayak launch on the intracoastal waterway, just a short walk away on River Road. Lost Key Golf Course (enjoy free greens fees with our compliments) is located in the community next door, and Perdido Bay Golf Course is right over the bridge. The Arborgate community is just 0.8 of a mile from Holiday Harbor Marina, offering convenient boat docking (for a fee) and boat rentals.
