Renovated and fully air-conditioned, the restoration was made with quality materials to make the apartment as comfortable as possible.
Ideally located in the city center of Bastia, you will be close to all shops, restaurants, shops and historical monuments of the city.
Place St Nicolas, the main square of the city, and its municipal parking (for a fee) is located 200m, the Old Port 300m, the Citadelle 500m and the Bastia theatre 300m....
This 65m2 flat, on the 5th floor (no lift) of an old building, under sloping ceilings, has :
-two bedrooms with beds 160x200, flat screen TV, custom dressing room, bathroom with shower and toilet in each of them,
-a fully equipped kitchen area with oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and all cooking equipment,
-a living/dining area with flat screen TV opening onto a balcony, overlooking the courtyard,
-Internet Highspeed (fiber optic).
