This pretty detached house is surrounded by an enclosed courtyard. You will enter a large living room consisting of a dining area, a comfortable lounge area with television and wood stove, wifi; as well as a fully equipped open kitchen. You will have at your disposal two bedrooms each with a 140x190 bed and a last one with a large 160x190 bed. A shower room and a separate toilet, as well as a washing machine. In the courtyard, you can enjoy a gas barbecue/plancha, a relaxation lounge and a garden furniture with parasol. You will also enjoy the small fish pond in the courtyard. Ping-pong table, basketball hoop and pétanque balls available. Household linen included, sheets included, towels included, end-of-stay cleaning included, electricity included. Heating 10€/day. Wood stere 30€/stere. Cats are not welcome. In a quiet countryside location, the cottage is located just 1 km from the Tourtoirac Caves and 8 km from the Château de Hautefort (Gardens and Museum of Medicine). In the surrounding area, you can also discover the old forges of Savignac-Lédrier, the truffle ecomuseum in Sorges, the dry stone hut trail in Savignac-les-églises... As for activities, you will be close to the Rouffiac leisure center (swimming, pedal boats, electric boats, water ski lift, tree climbing...), the Périgord Vert rail bike in Corgnac sur l'Isle and the Auvézère gorges (swimming, canoeing, hiking). A great Terra Aventura trail (geocaching) is available in the village!
The owner will be happy to introduce you to his horse, cows and sheep.
