This lovely detached house is surrounded by an enclosed courtyard. You'll enter a large living room featuring a dining area, a comfortable lounge area with a television, a wood-burning stove, and Wi-Fi; as well as a fully equipped open kitchen. You'll have access to two bedrooms, each with a 140x190 cm bed, and the other with a king-size bed (160x190 cm). There's a shower room and a separate toilet, as well as a washing machine. In the courtyard, you'll enjoy a gas barbecue/griddle, a relaxation lounge, and garden furniture with a parasol. You'll also enjoy the small fish pond in the courtyard. A ping-pong table, basketball hoop, and pétanque balls are available. Linens, sheets, and towels are included, as well as end-of-stay cleaning and electricity are included. Heating is €10/day. A cubic meter of wood is €30/cubic meter. Cats are not welcome. In a peaceful countryside setting, the cottage is located just 1 km from the Tourtoirac Caves and 8 km from the Château de Hautefort (Gardens and Medical Museum). For activities, you'll be close to the Rouffiac leisure center (swimming, pedal boats, electric boats, water ski lift, treetop adventure park, etc.), the Périgord Vert rail bike trail in Corgnac-sur-l'Isle, and the Auvézère Gorges (swimming, canoeing, hiking). A fantastic Terra Aventura trail (geocaching) is available in the village!
The owner will be happy to introduce you to his horse, cows, and sheep.
