Cocoonr Agency offers you this charming 53 m² flat in Toulouse which can accommodate up to 3 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive living room, a kitchen opening onto the living room, a laundry room, a beautiful bedroom with a study area, a bathroom (with bath) and a separate toilet. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is made up as follows :
- A living room with TV area, sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with coffee machine, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

Lucena "Very central in the old and interesting part of Toulouse, not far from the river, loads of shops, cafes, bakeries etc. Roomy, well equipped flat on the second floor, good bathroom, cute little office. Bed ok rather than great. Had a few minor issues that the managers attended to promptly. Enough kitchen equipment but could do better with basics ( oil, paper towels)."

Lucena "Loved the location, but the bed was a disaster. 🙂 Great location and loved having a washer and dryer. 🙁 The bed was a total disaster. The center wood beam would twist whenever we moved, and then the slats would pop off. No one came to repair the bed, so finally we took all the books in the library to hold the center board in place. Terrible first night sleep until we fixed it. Also it would be a good idea in the future to tell people what level the apartment is located. We are 72 years old and dragging suitcases to the 2nd level (actually the 3rd level in the US) is a prescription for injury."

Lucena "Convenience, location and old world charm 🙂 This apartment is so convenient to everything. It was located minutes from the main square and where everything was happening. It was super quiet at night despite being right above a main shopping street due to the very effective double glazing. Kitchen was fully equiped with everything we could want. The bathroom was modern, with a lovely shower or bath option. The place is in a very old building making it a historic apartment, so it felt very homely. We used it a lot as after a day walking it was nice to come home to relax. Only 9 min walk to Victor Hugo Marche where we got fresh produce that we cooked at home with a great bottle of wine from the Nicholas store. This was an apartment so no breakfast supplied. Supermarket just across the square. Everything super convenient.The apartment was in a pedestrian area, and as we were coming from Australia we had big bags. The apartment was up four flights of stairs, which our host helped us to carry up. This was not an issue as we had been advised it was higher up and no elevator. 🙁 The only issue we had was with our friends picking us up as its a one way system. Taxis can get close but private car is a bit tricky to navigate to the car park which is closest due to the road closures. There is no air conditioning but they had provided fans so no major issues."

Schöne Wohnung mitten im Zentrum

Das Apartment hat eine tolle Lage. Ist gut ausgestattet und sauber.Das Schlüssel abholen und Auto parken ist eher kompliziert. Es wäre viel besser, wenn man die Parkkarte zusammen mit dem Schlüssel bekäme. Auch klemmt die Eingangstür zum Gebäude. Es braucht es etwas mehr Kraft und Mut als gewöhnlich um die Tür auf zu stossen. Eine kurze Bedienungsanleitung für die Spülmaschine wäre auch toll.Das Apartment ist schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Pratique pour aller n'importe où à pied. 🙁 J'ai reçu de Cocooner une dizaine de messages automatiques ( arrivée, évaluation, satisfaction, dysfonctionnements, bientôt le départ, relance paiement - pour une location pré payée, satisfaction et relances) mais aucune réponse à mes messages vocaux ou par mail sur les dysfonctionnements : aucune chaîne TNT sur la télé pendant les JO, deux chaises instables, deux portes de placards décrochées, une pomme de douche inutilisable, la porte d'entrée rue à enfoncer d'un coup d'épaule. La rue est piétonne et bruyante de jour comme de nuit, si près du Capitole, c'est normal."

Tout est à 10 minutes à pied ! 🙁 Petits désagréments tout à fait solvables : La literie pourrait être un peu plus ferme. Pb de radiateurs non purgés qui font du bruit toute la nuit. Et impossible de couper 1 des radiateurs de la chambre. Pas de bouchon adapté au trou d’évacuation de la baignoire"

Appartement qui doit être intenable l'été : pas de clim' et pas de volet ds la chambre orientée à l' ouest qui plus est positionnée en face d'un kebab ( odeurs de friture). On entend bcp les bruits de la rue et les voisins du dessus."

Lucena "Nuestra estancia maravillosa, pero: No volveremos a contratar Airbnb, a través de agencia, dado que nuestras experiencias anteriores, es que el anfitrion cuando es el propietario de la vivienda, responde mucho antes, y te atiende mejor, y de forma mas personal. Tuvimos hasta tres interlocutores diferentes , antes y durante nuestra estancia. Enhorabuena para Aziz, no para el resto. En el portero automatico del edificio, no estaba el nombre del piso. En una zona común del edificio, no existió luz, durante toda la semana, en un pasillo largo, hasta que se llegaba al final del mismo, debiendo de encender la linterna del móvil, para no tropezar. No se nos indico, que el juego de toallas, si se quería cambiar tenia coste extra, aunque , nos dimos cuenta que estaba escrito en una bolsa, y al final no las utilizamos. Por estancia larga de una semana, en otros alojamientos, nunca nos han cobrado un cambio de toallas. El termo desconectaba durante un tiempo del agua caliente"

Lucena "IDEAL SI NO VAS EN COCHE 🙂 Lo mejor es que está a dos pasos del Capitol. Lo puedes ver si te asomas por la ventana. Se agradece que hayan puesto ventanas dobles, por cierto. Localización ideal para explorar la ciudad a pie. Está en un edificio muy antiguo, hay que subir dos tramos de escaleras, pero han sabido aprovechar bien el espacio y le han aportado encanto al lugar. La cocina aunque pequeña cuenta con todos los enseres necesarios para desayunar o cenar. Se agradece mucho el aceite, sal, especies, cafés y tés de cortesía. Los vasos y copas están en una vitrina fuera en la sala comedor y de inicio nos costó encontrarlos, pero realmente está bien surtido. El lavabo está en dos piezas. Por una parte el inodoro en una pequeña habitación y luego dentro de la habitación está la bañera y el lavabo. Es raro , pero para estancias cortas no hay problema. También tiene una pequeña habitación con un buen armario y una mesita escritorio. En el armario hay mantas y más toallas La cama es baja, pero es cómoda. Hay un hueco en el comedor donde está la lavadora, el tendedero y la tabla de planchar 🙁 Al llegar en coche es muy complicado circular por el centro. No hubo buena comunicación para advertirnos que era imposible parar con el coche por allí. Mi marido tuvo que dar vueltas y parar en sitio prohibido mientras me entregaban las llaves. El parking está en la misma Plaza del Capitol y es muy muy difícil encontrar su entrada. Si te pasas te espera una vuelta de 25’ para volver allí. Sería deseable un plano detallado antes de ir con imágenes enseñando cómo llegar y quedar una vez aparcado el coche para la entrega de llaves. Sin duda lo peor fue la llegada. Es una ciudad muy complicada para ir en coche."

Lucena Dommage que pour un si bel appartement, la notion d'accueil soit si peu mise en avant. Même pas une petite bouteille d'eau alors que les T° météo dépassaient les 34°. Plusieurs points de détails navrant. 4 capsules de café, bravo la gestion, pas de sucre, une TV avec aucune réception des chaînes hertzienne. un papier toilette de piètre qualité. Pas de rideaux occultant pour la journée, gênant pour le vis à vis de part et d'autre de l'appartement. rideaux OK pour la nuit. Enfin une prise multiple au niveau du canapé permettrait d'avoir la lumière et de pouvoir brancher son ordi, voir même le ventilo simultanément.
