- a fully-equipped, functional kitchen
- a shower room,
- and a living room.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, washing machine.
Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.
The accommodation is located :
- opposite a small children's park,
- 7 minutes' walk from the Petits Trains d'Ajaccio,
- 11 minutes from downtown,
- and 13 minutes from the beach.
Take advantage of the pedestrian street to enter the old town, where you can visit Napoleon's birthplace, discover the cathedral and go to the sanguinaires.
You'll find a variety of bars, restaurants and shops nearby.
For your everyday needs, there's a "Monoprix" supermarket just a 5-minute walk away.

Ajaccio's old town, which surrounds the port and citadel, features pretty narrow streets with tall, colorful houses. The Place Maréchal-Foch, adorned with a fountain, is charming with its palm trees and plane trees.
In one of the old town's narrow streets, rue Saint-Charles, you'll find the house where Napoleon Bonaparte was born. Today, the Bonaparte house houses a museum displaying his personal memorabilia. Other items (documents and medals) are on display in the Salon Napoléonien in the HÎtel de Ville. Other museums include the Musée Fesch, with its collection of Italian paintings, and the Musée A Bandera, dedicated to Corsican history and culture.
The Gulf of Ajaccio is marked by beautiful beaches and seaside resorts such as Porticcio.
