This beautifully appointed ground-floor condo features 700 sq. ft. of air-conditioned living space. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, coffeepot, toaster, blender, and all the cookware and utensils you need for home-cooked meals. The cozy living room includes a sofa bed, making the unit suitable for up to 4 guests. The queen bedroom provides a restful retreat after a day of island adventures, and the spacious veranda is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktails.
Sunset Beach Resort is in a safe, serene part of the island, with additional security provided by the South Ambergris Neighborhood Watch. South Ambergris Caye is one of the safest neighborhood on the island since it is the home of the South Ambergris Caye Neighborhood watch. It is quiet and peaceful and just a short 10 minute golf cart ride away from town. The south is home to very diverse restaurants such as, Toast, Someplace South Cafe-bar, Black Orchid Restaurant, Southern Charm and Playa De Salas. It even has Marin's Mini Store to purchase those essentials you need in your unit.
