Incredible stay

Everything we wanted was there and more. Location to parks was great and amenities such as shops and restaurants were so close to us. Will 100% rebook when we return !!

A beautiful home, perfect location and an amazing host!

Where do I start? From start to finish, Suzy was an amazing host, with five star communication throughout! Myself and Martin felt at home the minute we walked through the door. The townhome was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and so much more spacious than we expected a real Tardis! The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, and even the washer and dryer were top quality. Everything felt thoughtfully chosen, with no expense spared. We’ve stayed all over Kissimmee, and this was by far our favourite location. It was so convenient for getting around, which saved us time and petrol too! Windsor Hills itself was beautiful and felt really safe. We enjoyed a few late night walks, and I loved getting up and walking to the gym in the sunshine it was only a short walk from the house. Everyone we met, from the gate staff to the clubhouse team, was friendly and welcoming. It’s clear that Suzy takes real pride in her home and genuinely wants her guests to enjoy their stay. Thank you for helping make our holiday so special. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lovely home! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great place, great experience

Chateau Mickey was exactly as pictured. I've been to places where the description and photos are not a true representation of what I walked into. That is not the case here. Bonus that the hosts are timely in responding to questions and to fix anything that is needed.

A great family vacation spot!

We enjoyed our stay at Windsor Hills! Suzy’s place was everything we needed and more! The convenient end unit was a close walk to main pool area. Suzy was an attentive host checking in and easy to get a hold of to answer any questions we had. Thanks for a great spot so stay!

One of the best rental stays we’ve had!

We just returned from a short, but fantastic stay at Chateau Mickey. Everything was as pictured and the townhouse met all of our needs. We appreciated how clean the house was, and found everything was clearly labeled when we first arrived. The owners provided lots of information on the house, complex, and surrounding areas. While we didn’t cook much, the kitchen appeared to be well stocked. Overall, between the location, the private splash pool, and the house itself, we would definitely recommend to others and hope to be back again!

Loved the accommodations the decor, the resort.

Great attention to detail in the decor. Warm greeting on arrival from lights on in widow, clean fresh smell and a heated pool. A special kudos to immediate response to any questions or concerns. Great experience. Hope to repeat in the future.

Perfect stay!

We have been blessed to stay at Chateau Mickey twice and would be thrilled to visit again. Suzy is a wonderful hostess: Thoughtful, articulate and just an all around lovely person. The location is within perfect proximity to the Disney parks and many other things to see and do. The pools are comfortable and the waterslides fun! There are even daily events, a snack bar, arcade, and movie theatre on site. The townhome is very well appointed with a bathroom for each bedroom and a private pool. All details have been thought of to make your stay comfortable. You get both the comforts of home as well as a resort when you stay at Chateau Mickey. The best of both worlds!

We had a wonderful stay at Chateau Mickey! The house was absolutely spotless and even nicer than the photos. The location was fantastic—very close to shopping, restaurants, and Disney, which made everything so convenient. The home was a great size for our extended family of six, with plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably. Wonderful home and location

Chateau Mickey is just what our family needed! It is beautiful and the location is great. We walked to the club house, pool and pickleball/tennis courts. Very close proximity to Disney World. Most importantly communication from Suzy/owner was amazing. We highly recommend this property!

Wonderful stay at this property for my family of 4. Very close and easy drive to Disney parks. Neighborhood was quiet. Enjoyed the pool in the evenings. Everything was as described and pictured in the listing. We didn’t have any problems but host was quick to respond to questions We definitely recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Amazing home from home.

Chateau Mickey is the perfect holiday home in Orlando. Close to everything, house is full with everything you could possibly need. Beds were extremely comfy, the space was amazing and filled with lovely furnishings. Owners were lovely and accommodating, already planning our next visit! Exceptional all around! Suzy was wonderful to work with and always responded promptly. The townhome was very clean, comfortable and just as you would expect from description. There are 3 bedrooms/bathrooms, laundry, and it includes all the kitchen amenities needed to eat in. The private pool was an added bonus. Being an end unit, it was filled with sun in the afternoon and nice to have that option to relax and soak up some rays when the community pool was busy. The location was conveniently located near Disney, Walmart, and many restaurants. Very nice area and gated community. We highly recommend Chateau Mickey and would stay here again if in the area.

As stated in the rental agreement, Windsor Hills is a secured resort and the resort and amenities are limited to registered guests only. Best vacation

We spent 5 nights at the Chateau and couldn’t fault it. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Suzy responded to emails straight away and was contactable by phone if we needed her. We wished we could have stayed longer! We would book with Suzy again!

So sad it’s over

We loved staying at Chateau Mickey. My five year old loved having his own space to play and splash when we had down time. The space was clean, welcoming, and Suzy was there whenever we needed anything or had questions. We certainly will look to stay here if we visit in the future. :)

Our favourite place to stay!

This was our second time staying in one of Susie’s homes. We felt so comfortable and safe. It was super clean with modern decor. Susie was very accommodating with every detail. Her properties and guests are well cared for, we’ve experienced this during both visits. We look forward to our next stay at the condo or townhouse!

Amazing rental

Our week in Florida was amazing. The house we stayed in was perfect for our family of four. The beds were so comfortable so we would woke up well rested everyday. The pool was the perfect size for a little dip after a long day of adventures. It was heated and that made it nice even in the evenings. The house was immaculate when we arrived. And very accommodating. We loved the resort everything there was perfect. We spent a lot of time at the clubhouse and pool. Suzy the owner was fantastic right from the booking to replying quickly to any questions we had. I would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back.

Great Week!

We had a wonderful week at Chateau Mickey! Everything was spotless and clean when we arrived, the home was spacious and had everything we needed. The community pool area was amazing, and our girls loved the private pool in the evenings after a long day at the parks. I can’t say enough about the location - we were no more than 15-20 minutes from all the Disney parks. Suzy was incredibly accommodating to us too! The weather happened to drop down to cold temps and she reached out about turning the heat/cooling on remotely. Overall - a great stay!

Great stay at Chateau Mickey June 24

House had everything we needed and is spotlessly clean. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is great. Excellent location, only a short walk to main swimming pool area. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance (15 minute walk) and a large Walmart is a very short drive. Will defo stay here again.
