Cottage in Maulévrier 15 min walk from the Parc Oriental and 30 min from Puy du Fou. With its three bedrooms and its enclosed garden, with family or friends, the cottage benefits from many attractions in the surrounding area:
- Shops are within walking distance (1km): bakery, butcher, supermarket, newsagent.
- The hike from the gĂźte and around the Lac du Verdon: ornithological reserve to observe the fauna and fishing from the banks
- ChĂąteau Colbert, renowned for its restaurant and vegetable garden (15 min walk from the gĂźte)
- The Lac de Ribou 7 km away to take advantage of the many activities: restaurant, mini golf, catamarans, windsurfing, canoeing⊠go around the lake for 11 km of happiness!
It is also located 10 minutes from Cholet, 30 minutes from Puy du Fou, 45 minutes from the Bioparc of Doué-la-Fontaine, 50 minutes from Angers, the city center of Nantes and Saumur and 1h15 from the Vendée beaches ( Les Sables d'Olonne)

Large basement with laundry area and washing machine.
Bus stop 50m from the gĂźte to connect Cholet and its SNCF station - Closed garage for your vehicles (2 places - 2.60x2.60m) and parking spaces in front of the gĂźte - Baby cot and high chair provided.
