Spectrum cable Tv, or Roku TV & Netflix can be found in all bedrooms, including the guest suite, and the main house living room.

The main house kitchen has a Viking stove and microwave, a new monogram dishwasher and comes with stocked spices and chefs pots and pans and utensils for all your cooking needs. A stunning natural shed antler chandelier and dining area overlooks the living room with floor to ceiling fireplace that leads you to an oversized back porch and pergola. The pergola has an oversized grill and seating for 4 to enjoy the scenic lake views during the day, and string lights for evening cards and games.

A separate, and private furnished guest suite above the garage includes a coffee bar, premium mini fridge, small convection/microwave, a remote operated fireplace, and has a queen Tempur-pedic adjustable and massage mattress and 55” wall mounted smart TV providing ample comfort. This spacious private suite has a on-suite bathroom with standalone soaking tub, shower, and double vanity and private balcony with lovely hill country views.
