Spacious Mountain Retreat with Private Balcony Offering Slope and River Views

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 8 with a queen bed, a king bed, a queen sleeper sofa, twin daybed and twin trundle. It features vaulted ceilings and private balcony. The unimpeded views of the Snake River and the slopes from the private balcony are simply breathtaking. The Summit County Paved Recreation Path runs right by this unit offering access to miles of paved pathway perfect for biking, walking, or any other activity and connects all the major areas of the county. Plus you’re close to shopping, restaurants, local festivities and just a few minutes walk to the Ski School meeting area. Ski Run offers shared amenities including an indoor pool, a hot tub, sauna, and an outdoor seating area.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area has a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. Just off the living area is access to the private balcony that offers spectacular views of the slopes and the Snake River.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining area comfortably seats six people with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. The first of two full bathrooms is just off the living area and has a single sink vanity and shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. There is a stackable washer/dryer combination on the main floor also.

The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has a single sink vanity, a shower/tub combination. Head upstairs to the loft level where you will find an additional queen size bed.

Exceeded my expectations

Stayed her for a week and it exceeded my expectations, everything was as advertised and more. Came here for a softball tournament in Denver and it was worth the drive every day. This place had a terrific view and the facilites were just perfect for my family they provided everything one could use. Everything we needed was at our finger tips, Our host was always on call answering our requests and concerns and provided us with information on what we asked. We will definitely return next year!

Quick ski weekend

This place was a great value for the price. Location was great too. Communication was excellent. I would ask a question and get a very fast response. Would definitely stay here again

Perfect for our ski trip!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location - walkable to the Peru lift and the beginner area, even with a 6 year old. The pool was convenient to the condo, and the kids loved that, especially during the snow!! There was not a lot of suitcase room in the loft, but that was just because we were using all the beds up there - wasn’t a problem for our 5 night trip, though.

Great getaway

Condo was just as advertised. Great views of the ski runs. The only recommendation I have is perhaps a map of the complex can be given to renters. We came in during a snowstorm and it was difficult to navigate the complex and find the unit once we left the parking structure. We also had to ask a resident where to find the dumpster to take our trash. All these things are minor, and we enjoyed our stay.We will consider this condo in the future.

Mountain Getaway

It was a good property. A little dated in some respects. Overall, it was just what we needed. Beautiful location. A couple of things malfunctioned in the condo. However, the host was very attentive and quick to send someone out to make repairs Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is in a quiet location, and you can see/hear the Snake River from the balcony. The loft sleeping area feels cramped if you have to use the trundle bed on the floor between the queen and twin beds, but we were grateful to have the beds to fit our family of 5. The kitchen is well-equipped. Our biggest complaint was the SLOW internet, which was completely out of service at times. We had to use our cell phone hot spot to work remotely. Despite these issues, we would likely stay in this unit again :)

Highly recommend

The cabin is fantastic! It has all the essentials you may need. My teenage daughters loved the coffee bar! If you want to see elk etc. they were very close by too so that was a bonus for us! It was the perfect peaceful place to end our vacation before we came home.

Great condo and perfect location

The condo was good. Clean and comfortable beds. Could use a little updating with a few things and a few new kitchen supplies could be good for a family of 6, but was still adequate. Overall our stay was great. Excellent location. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The best part is the river running through the back of the property. Sitting on the deck, listening to that was amazing.

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, property itself was very very nice. My only complaint is that the management company charged $50 for not taking out the trash. Their text the day of checkout states only to lock the windows and doors so we cleaned the property as we left as we did not see the checkout instructions via the text they sent the day of checkout. Apparently checkout instructions were sent with the checkin instructions but clearly we were not concerned about checkout at that time. We did follow all checkout rules besides taking the trash outside since we did not know where it went and still were charged stating taking out the trash added 30 minutes to the cleaners job. Understanding why people are choosing hotels more and more with over $100 cleaning fee and they can't even take out the trash without charging extra.

It was very close to the Mountain House and the kids lift and the kids enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and sauna in the evening. The only hard part was parking isn’t very close to the condo and the stairs to the condo are a little steep. We would definitely stay here again however.

Great ski condo with nice view of Keystone

The condo was nice, clean and in a good location. The only complaint is the management company could have let us know that the unit we rented was in a different building than the garage where we parked so we were walking around trying to find it. But they were very responsive. Our smoke detector was chirping and I contacted them and they sent someone right away to change the battery. (It was too high up for us to reach). The hot tub and sauna were great after a day of skiing. It was great to walk to the Goat Soup and Whiskey tavern to eat dinner. I would stay here again.

Great location but needs upgrading

The location of the property is great, very close to the Keystone main gondola but still would need to take your car. The place is spacious enough but needs an overall upgrading on furniture and amenities. Beds and pillows were not comfortable and the air was somewhat very dry, so made it a poor sleeping experience. The table in the living room was broken. The kitchen disposal leaked while we were there but credit to the manager, they organized a mechanic next day. The fireplace did not work (operates with gas). Overall, we were happy with the location and management's responsiveness via text, but probably would not stay there again.

Great Customer Service

Condo with a great view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The balcony overlooks the Snake River and offers a great, fantastic view of the mountains. The kitchen is good and the property is plenty spacious for four people (two adults and two teenage kids) to stay for two weeks. The condition/state of two things that you use everyday ding one star from our rating: 1. The bed in the master bedroom is horrible. I am not a big person (size large though), but I could not sleep on that bed. I ended up waking up in the middle of the night and slept on the couch half of the nights (that's every other day in our two-week stay). On our return, I am looking for chiropractors to fix my spine.2. The loft shower. It is small and very dingy looking. That entire bathroom needs a renovation. Our kids were rather uncomfortable in that bathroom.A minor disappointing thing is the dishwasher. The upper rack of the dishwasher does not wash because it is missing a washing arm. This can be fixed easily by anybody (the missing part is likely sold online).To summarize, the overall rating is four stars because we did have a good time. All other things at the property and in the surrounding area are great.

Wedding

I booked a stay at a condo and my party and i were thoroughly satisfied with the property. Upon arrival we had a little difficulty finding where to park, upon entry into the unit we were pleased the place was very clean and in order perfect for relaxing we were in Colorado for my son's wedding at sapphire point and the location was great for traveling. The family was very pleased with the overall complex and area.

Convenient location and parking

Everything was clean besides the dishes, several things had to be rewashed to use. Location was nice for skiing and had a dedicated indoor parking spot. Sauna, hot tub and pool were also close by and great to use.

Beautiful view of the sloops

we had trouble with is the lock codes. They we’re changed without notifying us once. The pool room combination didn’t work that they initially gave us. They were very responsive when we did text or call though. The kitchen was kinda small but it had a great view of the slopes and the walk to the lift was very doable. It was nice to have a water filter and humidifier there. Also the Amazon prime and Netflix.
