The apartment

The charm of this property is enhanced by the 30mÂČ south-facing terrace and garden, perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean sunshine. Adjacent to the main room, and also leading onto the garden, there's a lovely bedroom with queen-size bed and storage space. The bathroom completes this flat, with a shower and toilet.
The residence
Nestled in the heart of the restanques of St Clair facing the sea, 180°Sud is a stunning new residence offering exceptional facilities. Surrounded by gardens scattered by fruit trees, you'll enjoy the large swimming pool and its wide sundeck, a refreshing interlude for relaxing moments at the heart of this fragrant oasis. Completely closed and secured, it has underground parking. It's the perfect place for a comfortable stay, just a stone's throw from St Clair beach.
Swimming pool opening times: 9.30am-12pm / 2.30pm-7pm from May to October.
