Denna vackra, nyrenoverade lägenhet ligger direkt vid stranden och vetter mot Mexikanska golfen med fantastisk solnedgång. Lägenheten ligger på en lugn del av Redington Shores Beach, med enkel åtkomst till St Petersburg, Clearwater och Tampa. The condo grunderna är noggrant anlagda och ligger på en av de vackraste vita sandstränderna i området. En storhet av restauranger ligger inom gångavstånd.
Enheten har 2 sovrum och 2 badrum. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng och ett eget badrum. Det andra sovrummet har ett badrum precis utanför korridoren och har 2 fulla sängar. Båda rummen är utrustade med TV. Enheten har en bäddsoffa (queen size) med storbilds-TV, DVD och stereo i familjerummet. Tillgång till internet är tillgängligt via vårt WiFi-nätverk.

Det fullt utrustade köket var bara ombyggt och har bänkskivor i granit, en sittande bar och ett köksbord som sitter 6. Vi har lämnat en referensbok full av alla våra favoritrestauranger i området. Poolområdet var nyligen resurfaced och har lounge stolar för att sitta vid poolen, förutom bord, stolar och paraplyer för du äter frukost, lunch eller middag vid poolen. Det finns också badrum vid poolområdet. I lägenheten finns 2 gasgrillplatser i poolområdet.

Disneyworld är bara 1 och ½ timmar bort, Busch Gardens ligger 45 minuters bilresa och Tampa International Airport ligger 30 minuter bort.

Highly recommended!

We have stayed at numerous places from Treasure Island to Redington Beach and this place is top notch! The newly remodeled living area and kitchen were beautiful and there was tons of space for us and our 3 children. The TV is huge- was fun to watch the Final Four on and I'm pretty sure my husband wants to buy a new one now:) To our surprise, there was a pack 'n play there that our 2yo actually slept in! The condo itself was super clean, and the overall landscape and pool very immaculate. The balcony provided awesome views of the gulf and perfect sunsets! There were plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, toys, etc to make our beach time easy. There was a power outage d/t storms just before we arrived, so we had a couple of issues with needing to reset the wifi and dishwasher- Steve, Mitch, and Lois were very prompt in getting these resolved quickly! We couldn't have asked for a better vacation spot for our family...thank you Steve!

Beautiful beach!

We had a WONDERFUL time!!! The beach is beautiful, there are amazing sunsets every night! The pool was always super clean and inviting. The balcony has a perfect view. The water is amazing, warm and beautiful clear blue. The condo is very nice. Plenty of space, the kitchen has all the necessities. The washer and dryer were clean, as were all the other appliances. We would DEFINITELY return!!

Amazing Sunsets

Awesome balcony with amazing sunsets every evening. Very quiet, peaceful area conveniently located between Clearwater and St Pete. We had reservations at another condo that was accidentally double booked and Steve (owner) saved the day. Our family of four appreciate it so much. Thank you Steve! Awesome vacation! Awesome condo! Very private and peaceful condo right on the beach!

We recently stayed at this condo and it definitely lived up to my expectations. The location was excellent. Beach access was convenient. It was quiet, low key, and not busy. There are only around 18 condos in this unit so it is pretty small and semi- private. You did not have to fight for beach space as a public entrance was not located near it. The pool was nice sized and provided a lot of entertainment. The condo itself was nicely decorated, comfortable and well stocked. There were chairs, umbrellas, and toys for the beach. We had everything we needed for a great week at the beach. Steve, the owner, was very easy to work with and checked in to make sure our visit was going good. I would definitely stay here again because the access to the beach in the privacy of the beach was outstanding. The only negative thing was that the grills were very hard to light. Thanks for sharing your condo with our family Steve!

You will enjoy your stay

Last year we stayed 9 weeks and this year it was 10 weeks. He remodeled the living room with a new floor of ceramic tiles and did the same for the balcony facing the gulf of mexico.He bought new furnitures and a new refigerator.The kitchen is fully equiped and we have 2 new arm chair recliners on the balcony. This is a quiet place and the beach facing the condo is never crowded.Taking a walk on the sidewalk is always a nice and safe experience and you have many restaurants nearby. We had a problem with the tv and the internet. As soon as we called the owner he replaced everything the next day with a new router and a faster internet. Since then everything is perfect.I would recommend this place to anyone . This ia a clean place

A great place to stay!

We just returned home from 7 wonderful nights in this condo. The condo is in a great area. There are places to eat within walking distance but it isn't a busy area like Clearwater or St. Petersburg. But, both of those cities are just a short car drive away if you want busy night life. The beach was clean and not crowded, the condo is clean and spacious. I think it is much nicer than it looks in the pictures! We always saw people out cleaning the pool area or caring for the condo or lawn so the condo is well maintained. In the bedroom closet we found beach chairs and umbrellas (a must for the Florida sun). It would have been nice to have a cooler to take to the beach but we just bought a cheap Styrofoam one that lasted us all week. Steve is great to work with! Upon arrival we had trouble with the wifi code. My whole family wrongly interpreted the written code wrong. We all thought what was supposed to be a 6 was a b. We called Lois who instructed us to call Steve. Steve was out of town but had us contact Mitch who immediately assisted us. The next day, both Lois and Steve called us to make sure the problem had been resolved. Now that is customer service! You can't wrong with this place! My family and I had a wonderful time here and I highly recommend it!

Like in Paradise

We stayed 9 weeks february and march 2015 .What a place.The view is unbelievable, the condo is very clean and quiet and you have a lot of space for all your luggages. If you want to cook everything you need is in the kitchen including two barbecues on the ground facing the gulf of mexico.You are directly on the beach enjoying every minute of your stay including the unbelievable sunset. There is only 20 units and everyone staying at that place is friendly and will always respect your privacy. You need a password to unlock the gates and enter the premises so that only the ones staying in this property can enter.They also have a heated pool.The owner is easy to reach and is very quick to answer all your questions.If you encounter a problem he will immediatly take the proper action to solve it. The beach is so nice and when you decide to enjoy the sand it is like a private beach because it is far away from the municipal beach. You can walk on that beach miles and miles and there is so many things to see. If you like taking a walk after 19:00 this is the place because the street is safe and you have many good restaurants nearby. The parking place is so big. I would definitly recommand this condo to anyone who wants to relax and enjoy everyday of his vacation time. Next year we are coming back for 10 weeks.

Delightful location

We stayed her in Nov/Dec 2014 and loved the quiet location. We usually stay on Madeira Beach but there were problems with people walking off the beach to use the pool & hot tub although they weren't guests! The Shores feels very safe and secure and the other guests/residents were all very pleasant. We loved the fact that there were several eating places within walking distance. Kenny's is good, Wahoo's is just across the street, Thai Prajaam serves delicious food and SeaBreeze is right on the water with great views and good food. We'll be returning in May and are counting the days. Steve was great to work with and we quickly resolved the one problem that we had.

Thank you: Our family had a wonderful vacation in your condo.

When we walked into the condo, the first thing we noticed (other than the wonderful gulf view) was the cleanliness of the condo. The condo is conveniently located close to restaurants, shopping, and local highlighted activities. The beach is clean, and the sand is like soft white sugar. The sunsets are absolutely spectacular!! Very relaxing atmosphere, owner is super easy to work with, and the condo grounds are nicely maintained. We recommend this condo to anyone seeking a great vacation, and we will definitely return as soon as possible.

Great place to relax and enjoy the beach.

We were very pleased with the location of the property. It was convenient to grocery stores, other shopping and wonderful restaurants. The owner was a phone call away with any questions we had. The place was clean and it was a very quiet and relaxing place to spend your vacation. The parking facilities were super. Yes, we would definitely stay there again. Would like information for booking 2 weeks in March, 2015.

Thank you! We had a great time!

We spent the week here with our sons, ages 22 and 19. Everything about the condo was perfect. The condo itself is very spacious and has everything that you would need. The grounds, pool and beach are clean and very well maintained. We could always get a chair by the pool and our part of the beach was very quiet. The location is situated where you have access to so many things to do. During the week we visited Lawry Zoo, saw a spring training New York Yankees game, toured Raymond James Buccaneer stadium, toured the Yuengling Brewery, and parasailed. Every night we watched the most beautiful sunset right from our deck. My husband and I enjoyed walking on the beach, while our boys ran on the beach every day. If you stay here and are near Treasure Island, make sure to try Britts for pizza. We had a wonderful week at Redington Shores.

Great place for the family!

We had a great time recently in Florida, and I am so glad we chose Redington Shores. This was our first experience dealing with vrbo and owner Steve made it easy and comfortable as we made plans prior to our stay. We ventured to places both north and south of here, so the location was perfect. We really appreciated that this condo is a bit away from the crowds. No complaints about the unit itself. Yes, I would recommend Beach Lovers Paradise to my family and friends!

The Most Relaxing Vacation Ever

My family has stayed here for several years and you could not ask for anything more! It is the best of both worlds with a beautifully maintained pool area and the beach right outside of the security fence. It is in a great location with many favorite restaurants nearby or you can cook in the condo or even grill out. The condo is very clean and well-maintained. What can be more relaxing than sitting out on the balcony and listening to the waves crash on the shore or watching a pod of dolphins out in the Gulf? The owners are very helpful and always have called to check and make sure that everything is ok. This great condo keeps me coming back every year!

GREAT VACATION

we had the best vacation and the condo was wonderful, just as stated on this website it is very clean, roomy, has washer and dryer , very comfortable beds, full kitchen, grill and the balcony was roomy . We loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves, very peaceful. The condo was in a quiet part of the beach not to crowded, everyone was friendly and Steve called to check on us. The condo has a security gate around it so it was very nice and safe. My niece left her camera lens on the table by the grill and just know it would be gone when she remember 24 hours later but to her surprise it was still there. Nobody bother you and everyone leaves thing alone. Beach Pizza restaurant was the best restaurant with wide variety of food and they will deliver to you at the condo, it was wonderful, Jetts Pizza was a nightmare, don't waste your time or money, not worth it. Very safe and Clean, Thanks for a great place to stay.

This was the first time we rented a condo through vrbo, so I was a little hesitant. Steve was great he answered my email right away, answered all my questions and made the whole rental so easy I will not have any problem renting from him again. The condo was just as described ,right on the beach, clean,everything you needed to make it a great vacation.Beautiful sunsets,dolphines feeding along the shore,close to Johns Pass,lots of good places to eat near by.

Spring Break Family

We had a great time even though the weather did not cooperate. The listing description is very accurate. All of the photos reflect this condo. Not only was the condo maintained but the entire property was extremely clean and well kept. We have a family of 6 all under the age of 12 and there was PLENTY of room for us to spread out. Steve was great to work with through out the entire process. Not only would I recommend this place, I hope to return again soon. The beach is wonderful and the unit is situated perfectly within the complex.

Relaxing Vacation Paradise

We had the best time on our vacation, we didn't want it to end! We love the location and were really pleased with this condo. The condo was very nice and clean with all the amenities we needed. The view and the beach were spectacular. There were beach chairs provided for us. It was exceptionally nice that there were beach towels included to use so we didn't have to worry about packing those to bring with us. Steve was a pleasure to work with and made a special call to make sure everything was going well. He really went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I hope to be able to come back in the future to this wonderful spot.

Relaxing Beach Escape

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo. The location could not have been more perfect and our only disappointment was not getting to Kenny's Corner more often! So convenient to the condo but there is so much to do in the area, we weren't always nearby - this was a good thing! Steve and Mitch were great to deal with as was Lois who we surprised with our earlier than planned arrival. We wholeheartedly recommend staying here - you will not be disappointed!

Clean, quiet, and great sunsets

This unit was exceptionally clean and well maintained. This is something you don't always find with beach rentals. In addition, it was well equipped with kitchen essentials, beach towels, games, books, 3 TVs, etc. The owner was very helpful and he checked in to see if we needed anything. The building and grounds are very well maintained and pleasant. We've been renting up and down the beach for years and this place is a gem. Stop in and try the Frog Pond restaurant (walking distance). Amazing food and huge portions.

I have spent the past 10 days here, truly only to define it as a piece of Heaven. The location is truly perfect. The listing is very accurate to depict this property. Your view of the Gulf is incredible. The property and unit are very well maintained. The pool area has bathrooms, outdoor shower and plenty of seating to relax and enjoy your day as well as a grilling area. It is a quiet and charming place for anyone seeking a short or long term getaway. With all of this said I must add that Steve, the owner is an incredible person to deal with. He has been very accommodating in every way possible, very reliable in dealing with him directly. Your stay here will be everything you are seeking in a great place to have a wonderful vacation. Would highly recommend and will bring family here to stay in the future.
