Magnolia Visit

The property was great and within walking distance to Magnolia Farms. Both the Bar and the BBQ joint next door were amazing. I would stay there anytime.

So great!

We booked at the last minute and the hostess was so accommodating and went out of her way to ensure a great stay! The house was so cute and perfect for playing cards around the table and hanging out!

What a great time and location!

Our cousin trip was a great success! The accommodations were great for 6 people. Walking distance to the silos made it even better. The host was so responsive to any question that we had.

Perfect for our needs

This house was perfect for our overnight stay after a concert at the Backyard Bar and Grill. Very clean, easy checkin/out, nice backyard are to sit with friends. The host Tracy was excellent! She returned messages and assisted to accommodate our needs.

Walking Distance to all….

Since it was Silobration weekend, we feared traffic jams, and headaches…but this home is so close to the Silos we could walk there and nearby restaurants. Owner was very patient and helpful.

Wonderful home. Very close to Magnolia. Lots of food options nearby. The restaurant next door has concerts a few nights a week. Fun to hang out on the back porch and enjoy the free show. Excellent hostess with great communication.

Loved this property!

This house was super cute and in a PRIME location. Literally steps away from The Silos and some great shopping. Also very close to Baylor! The communication with the owner was the BEST. She thought of absolutely everything to make our stay comfortable and easy!

Great host

The property was close to Cameron Park so it worked very well for us. The host replied quickly to every question and went well beyond in making our stay comfortable. She provided snacks and champagne to celebrate my son’s wedding. Truly thoughtful person.

Wonderful

I was pleasantly surprised to come to the house with yummy cupcakes and champagne and a card for my Bachelorette party. It was very well stocked with bathroom and kitchen supplies and basic pantry goods. Beds were very comfy and bedding smelled wonderful. Thank you so much Tracy!!

Great Girls Weekend!!

Great location, the house is within walking distance to Magnolia Market, downtown shops, the Dr Pepper museum and restaurants/bars! Very cute and charming home that had us comfortable and relaxing instantly! The homeowner was great to work with and answered all our questions, plus had some snacks and drinks ready when we arrived! Would definitely book here again!

Live music lovers dream

We gathered to celebrate our Grandsons first birthday, traveling from Minnesota. The home was clean, well stocked and so convenient to The Silos, restaurants, bars and grocery store. There is a fenced in backyard so our 3 year old loved it. The only negative would be the loud music on weekends from the bar in the backyard which was mentioned in the listing so we expected it.

Great Waco getaway

The house was very clean and comfortable. Hostess took extra care to make sure guests are safe and feel at home. Communication was never an issue. The house is close to all the fun places to dine and shop in downtown Waco. Hostess was very kind and went out of her way to welcome us and ensure a great weekend.

Great place to stay for a concert!

Stayed here this past weekend with a group of family and friends to celebrate a milestone birthday. The location could not be more ideal for visiting Magnolia and then taking in a concert. The house is clean and so cozy. The property has been stocked with anything you could need from noise machines in all the bedrooms to extra phone charger cubes! We are already checking the concert calendar to plan our next visit.

Magnolia Charm!

We brought our Mom to Waco as a Christmas surprise because she always wanted to see the Magnolia Market and Silos. Everything was perfect. This rental was right next door and just the cutest. Perfect for the three of us! Would definitely recommend.

No hot water and broken microwave

Communicated to manager through vrbo app that there was no hot water and microwave was broken around 830pm. Instead of focusing on issue, she spent the time saying I should have called her number instead of using app after saying she went to sleep early and didn’t see my communications until next morning. Did end up offering repair person and later checkout but we were already so put off with no showers, no microwave and bad sleep (very very noisy road noise not just during band times noted on app) that we said no thank you.

Birthday weekend/ Magnolia trip

We came to Waco to celebrate a few birthdays in our girl’s group. The home was perfect location to visit Magnolia as well as all the places we wanted to eat or explore. We had a limited time so we were able to focus on shopping and eating and enjoying the home rather than driving from place to place. The house was perfect. Beds were great and we loved all of it!

Very noisy- concerts in the bar right behind the back yard

The property was beautiful but I was very disappointed with the amount of noise (concert at the bar/restaurant) that started between 3:00 and 5:00 pm and went on till approximately 1AM on Friday and Saturday and then till approximately 11:00pm on Sunday. It is mentioned that the bar has a concert on some weekends but not to the extend that you’d think twice about it. It is your responsibility to make sure you’re not booking on the day the concerts are going on even though you would never know when they have the concerts and that the concerts are literally in back yard. I asked the hosted if there was anyway we got leave a day early because we did not get any rest because of the noise and she said no -we had sighted a contract and we’d have to abide by it. We could leave but we would not get a refund for the 1 day that we wanted to leave early. It would have been the appropriate thing to do and would have been greatly appreciated if she could have let us leave and refunded the last day’s stay. If you like concerts and loud noises while you’re sleeping this is the place to be but if you’re like most normal people and want some peace and quite DO NOT stay here.
