Great place to stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at the oceanfront property. It was clean and everything that the pictures promised the only minor hiccup we ran into was that there were no extras…no extra toilet paper or paper towels. But that was an easy fix since it’s close to everything! It was absolutely the best, we will be adding this to our “go to places to stay” for when we visit Destin! Thank you!

We have been to the beach in the Destin area on several occasions. This unit was beautiful, the fourth floor ocean view amazing, the beach service, the check in process, the pool, everything was great. We would stay at Crystal Dunes again in the future.

Destin

The location, overall amenities and beach were phenomenal. When we checked in on Monday the washing machine had a note that it was broke ( great, we needed that for the week we were staying especially with kids and a 3 year old ) and would be fixed on Wednesday. Shocker, it was fixed on Thursday evening which worked great since we were leaving on Friday morning. 8 people stayed with 7 towels and no washing machine. water was leaking from ceiling starting the third day. The guy who sits umbrella and chairs up was a rude person to my teens when they went down to ask what chairs where ours, he let them know rudely they should have checked the numbers on them rather than bothering him.

Probelms reported, not fixed.

Upon our arrival, I called a manager to report sour water in the washing machine and needed it fixed. She would report it. I called every day as the smell was awful. I also reported a broken chair leg and it was fixed the next day but he didn't know anything about the washing machine. We tried running the dish washing but it had the same sour "dead fish" smell and it permeated the condo. The owners nor managers never acknowledged this problem. Someone did leave a $50 "sorry for your trouble" gift card on the day we were leaving - no call, no message. We will not use this service again. Makes me wonder if the sheets had been washed before we got there. UGH! Also wonder if this will get posted.

Amazing views!

We enjoyed our stay and the condo had plenty of space for my husband and I and two teens. We all enjoyed the views. Close to most things we wanted to do in Destin and a short drive to Santa Rosa/Grayton beach for family photos and airboat ride. We had a wonderful vacation.
