Only two minutes' walk from the centre of the village of Saint Julien en Born and 10 km from the ocean, this house with swimming pool in the heart of a wooded garden offers an exceptional setting for a wonderful holiday with family or friends.
With a surface area of 350 mÂČ, the ground floor comprises a double lounge with television, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining room, a billiards area, a library, a large bedroom, a shower room and two separate WCs.
On the first floor, three master suites with en-suite shower rooms/wc, two of which open onto a lovely terrace for relaxing.
On the second floor, a dormitory bedroom with 3 single beds, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bedroom with a single bed.
Outside, there is a terrace and private swimming pool, surrounded by a large garden planted with trees.
It is also possible to rent a Landaise-style outbuilding close to the house, which sleeps a further 4 people, please contact us.
Absolutely peaceful, not overlooked, comfortable, the ideal location just a few minutes from the shops, beaches and cycle paths!
