Alfortville is situated on the banks of the River Seine and is approximately 7 kilometres from the centre of Paris. It has a long history, and its name is derived from "Alfort," which refers to the presence of an ancient fort that once stood in the area.

The town displays a mix of old and modern buildings. You may find traditional French houses alongside contemporary apartment complexes and infrastructure. One notable landmark in Alfortville is the Château d'Alfort, an 18th-century castle that now houses the National Veterinary School of Alfort. This prestigious institution has a rich history and is renowned for its veterinary programs.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
