Welcome to Condo 609 at Rising Tides Properties: a bright, beautifully furnished one-bedroom, two-bathroom oceanfront retreat on the 6th floor in the heart of Garden City Beach, South Carolina. Less than a mile from the Garden City Pier and just an elevator ride from the sand, this is your home base for the beach trip you've been dreaming about.

Short but good stay

Condo was convenient to great restaurants and located on a very good beach. Area was quiet and close to the nearby pier for entertainment, state park, Brookgreen Gardens and the great restaurants at Murrells Inlet. Host was especially helpful!

Great location, price, and customer service

We were arriving late and Rising Tides Properties accomodated our late arrival and made everything very quick and easy for us. The condo was clean with a great view. The Murphy bed also worked well for us. The location was great as well. We enjoyed our stay and will be looking to book with Rising Tides Properties in the future.

Great time!

I love staying at Waters Edge and love Rising Tide Properties. This was my second experience with them and they are always welcoming and ready to help in any way. We could not make it for early check in but that was offered. My grandchildren (10 and 11) had a great time at the family friendly dance party!
