Welcome to your serene garden-level escape on Gore Creek, just steps from the heart of Vail Village. This beautifully appointed 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo offers comfort, convenience, and classic mountain charm. It's perfect for couples, solo travelers, or small families.

Enjoy a king bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, cozy fireplace, dining area overlooking the creek, and easy access to Vail’s world-class skiing, hiking, dining, and entertainment. Whether you’re here for winter adventures, summer trails, fall foliage, or simply a peaceful mountain retreat, this condo puts you close to everything Vail has to offer.

Please note: The unit is accessed via a short staircase (8–10 steps). The only shower is a tub/shower combo requiring a step over the tub.

From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and at home. The host had thought of every detail to make our stay the best - right down to the jetted tub to soak our sore muscles. The view was beautiful and the space was well appointed. The spacious kitchen was really nice. So glad we made this choice.

Close to village (anbout an 5-10 minute walk to nearest lift) and well-equipped. The bed was very comfortable. Just what we needed for a getaway for two.

Beautiful, luxurious condo! Very comfortable and a great view. I thought the photos showed a patio but there wasn’t any outdoor area, which was slightly disappointing. But we very much enjoyed our stay!

Nice location for our fall visit, everything worked fine. There is construction going on in the building which was a bit noisy and the parking spaces are terrible so be warned/arrive early

This is our second time staying at this wonderful condo. Its perfectly located and beautifully appropriated. They supply everything you need to really enjoy your stay in Vail. Located on Gore Creek, its really quiet at night, and fun to be there during the day. You are close but not too close to Vail Village. We really enjoy staying there.

Great location, comfortable stay!

Property is just as described. Clean, central location, and we were able to walk everywhere in Vail right out the door. Great benefit to park the car in a designated spot and no need to drive. Having the Gore River flowing directly outside was lovely. Easy checkin and responsive communications with owner. Thank you!

This place was so perfect we came back! The best place ever to stay! Close walking distance to everything, clean and cozy with very comfortable beds and linens. Love how it’s right next to the creek to sit by or fall asleep to. Heather and Cameron were so helpful and very accommodating!!We will definitely be returning!

Great property BUT....

The upstairs neighbor is awake around 4:00 AM everyday and bangs around incessantly. It is so loud it seems as though it is done on purpose. So, Unfortunately on our vacation we were up everyday at 4:00 AM, we were exhausted and worn out by this. I would never stay here again, EVER. The host was nice, the place was exactly as described but unfortunately it was a terrible experience. The host provides a sound machine in the bedroom to try and help, unfortunately you can not cover thumping and banging - it had zero effect. We contacted the host who said it must be a loud renter, it is not. The upstairs neighbor lives there. Renter be ware.

This place is AWESOME!!! It’s perfectly clean, adorably decorated, spacious, and comfortable. The jacuzzi tub was a nice treat after a day on the slopes. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the village shops, restaurants, and slopes. The host was quick to respond and check in and check out went smoothly. We would definitely book this place again! Highly recommend!!!

Perfect in every way

We had a wonderful experience. Everything that was described was true. It was beautifully decorated, lush linens and towels. Ice maker, kuerig with pods, beautiful and warm fireplace. We definitely will come back!

Perfect location! Maybe a 10 min walk to gondola one. 5 minute walk and your in vail village. Bed was super comfortable; which was perfect after a long day on the slopes and Towels were plush
 it’s the small details for me, lol. Host were very attentive and even messaged us since we had a snow storm coming one. And might I mention they own one of our favorite restaurants; el Segundo ( gotta get the Korean Beed Tacos Will stay here again!

Great location!

The condo was well-stocked, super clean, and very comfortable for the two of us. The lifts were an easy walk to Gondola One, about 5 minutes. The condo is in Vail Village, making dining, shopping, and apres-ski very convenient. Heather was great at all communications, and check-in and check-out were simple. We would stay here again!

Place was pretty much as advertised, good location.

The place was as advertised. Very expensive but thats to be expected in Vail Village. Laundry advertises a no charge credit but that doesnt work when you use the app it says the promotion has expired. No big deal but don't advertise what you can not deliver. Whoever lives directly above this unit is up by 5AM and it's loud and wakes you up but they leave by 6.Again, pretty much what we expected. Location is really nice.

Everything was great. You can walk to the Riva Bahn lift from the condo. Takes less than five mins. The owners’ communication was excellent. The space provided is clean and well stocked. We cooked breakfast daily, but you could easily make dinner as well. The view of the creek out back is nice.,

Stylish and cozy condo close to GP

Loved this little spot. Been coming to Vail for 10 years and Heather’s place was one of the nicer places I’ve stayed. Felt like a boutique hotel, with lots of thoughtful extras that made it feel comfortable and homey as well. I had a few questions on arrival and Heather was immediately available. Highly recommend this place.

Great spot

Great spot. Close to lifts. There are spots to leave skis at mountain for 5 dollars a day which we did and liked. Made the walk even easier. Place is easy walk to village and bus stop is very close to go further out. Condo is clean and nice. Great spot.

Heather was born and raised in Wisconsin. She moved to Colorado in 2001. Cameron grew up in Miami and moved to Colorado in 2004. Ironically enough, they met on Chair 2 in Vail. They still live in the Vail Valley and love the mountain lifestyle just as much as they did the day they moved here. Heather and Cameron are in Vail almost every day to snowboard, hike, mountain bike and maintain the condo.
