Looking for your North Shore getaway? This is the place for you! "The Lodge" is a newly renovated townhome located in a ski in-ski out resort just minutes from the chair lifts and gondola. Lutsen offers year round activities such as skiing or snowboarding in the winter, golfing, hiking or enjoying the Alpine slide in the spring and summer and exploring the beautiful fall colors of Northern Minnesota. We hope you have a great time!

Family of 5 with young adult aged children. Summer vacation with lots of hiking. The place was well stocked with products and supplies. Clean. Great location. Check in/out super easy. Fun resort area.

Awesome Getaway!

Property was as advertised, very clean and well furnished! Centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Host also helped us retrieve some belongings my son left behind which was much appreciated!

Great place to stay when skiing Lutsen Mtn. Ski in/ski out access. Pool and hot tub a short walk away. Very responsive ownership and clear communication. Would definitely rent again.

Very comfortable for us. Everything was neat and clean. Lots of bath towels, shampoo and conditioner. A big tv in living area. Steps up or down to living areas and bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen with lots of pots and pans. Kitchen plates and silverware for I think 5. We did not use the complex’s amenities. We had trouble with the lock on door to enter. Our host responded immediately and we were then okay. We went to dinner at Bluefin Bay in Tofte after we arrived. We went to Grand Portage and saw upper, middle, and lower falls and of course the fort. It was about an hour or so away. Lots to see and do in the area.

Very well stocked kitchen and comfortable bed

I slept very well in the comfortable loft bed and was surprised by the well stocked kitchen. I would have liked some Tupperware to store leftovers or plastic baggies. Great view of the woods leading to the ski run from our windows. Wood was placed inside by the fireplace and is available in the shed outside. I also liked the ceiling fan above the loft bedroom to circulate the air. The condo was clean but for the expensive cleaning fee, it should be cleaner and needs to be deep cleaned a couple times annually. When I turned the ceiling fan to "high" globs of dust bunnies were thrown off it and scattered throughout the room. They littered my clothes, bed, carpet. Also, the cleaners need to do the edges of the floors once in a while. It was dirty around the edges in some places and a piece of green candy (M&M?) was in the track to the patio door under the throw rug. Super easy check-in. Good communication. The condo was good but for us, the fees are excessive. When looking for a place, because there was only 2 or possibly 3 of us, I picked one with a lower price point but after all the fees it ended up being over double than just the room charge for a 2 night stay. This unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths it might be worth it if you need all the space or are staying longer. Beware of the fees/total costs if you don't need all the room. We didn't use the pool or hot tub in the community area. I heard they were nice.

Working week

We were working on a project in the area and needed a place to sleep and eat. The grill and coffee pot were used each day but didn’t really use the other facilities offered. The beds were comfortable and that was important!

Spacious condo with ample room for all

Enjoyed our stay for a long ski weekend trip. Condo was big enough with plenty of beds. Basement two bedrooms were tight and cool at night but my kids did not seem to mind at all. Condo was well stocked and once we figured where to pick up the run outside the condo it cut down our walk. Only draw is having ti walk to the pool and hot-tub wasnt ideal for us but that comes with the larger space. All in all a nice stay.

Enjoyed everything about staying here. Good location, lots of comforts of home provided, plenty of supplies. Experienced a little hiccup with parking which the owner took care of immediately. Would stay again!

We found this place to be perfect for our needs. Six adults had plenty of room and comforts. The kitchen had every thing we needed to make simple meals, mostly breakfasts. The heating and cooling worked as expected and the beds were comfortable. We would rent this lodge again.

Family celebration on North Shore

Plenty of room for five of us, great to have kitchen table to seat six. Lots of utensils, cookie sheet probably needs to be replaced, has seen better days. Pitcher in refrig for filtered water was nice. Took a bit to figure out oven which has seen a lot of use and wear. Bathrooms clean. Just be sure to bring soap or body wash. Everything else provided. Kitchen garbage can and on floor around can needs cleaning. Enjoyed fire pit. Area pretty and very pleasant. Didn’t realize til got there this is a property run by management company, not directly with owners.

We are Chris and Cassie Mitchell. We live in the Twin Cities and enjoy going up to the North Shore! We've gone up to the area as kids and have enjoyed going back over the years. We liked it so much, we decided to purchase a place. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

This property is the perfect combination wilderness, skiing, activities and one of the best views in Minnesota. Once you get past Duluth, you have a 2 hour scenic drive on the North Shore! Ski in the winter, you have the alpine slide in the summer and a ton of amazing views!
