Located in the renovated historic 1910 Territorial House, you will enjoy the crisp Santa Fe light that enters from the south facing windows. The King size bed, exquisitely appointed, is draped with an Aguayo and matching pillow set; a woven textile from the Andes. Luxuriate in the spacious limestone bath that includes a large shower and high-end bath accessories. The wood floors have been renovated to their original glory, the walls adorned with woven tapestries and a collection of handwoven baskets. Each weave tells a different story and the history of the Pueblo Indians can be seen in each design. Enjoy an afternoon cup of tea or read in the beautifully upholstered matching lounge chair set. The private garden is complete with a table and chair set. The entrance to the Olive Tree is private. Visit the Santa Fe Railyard where trains first arrived in the 1880's. Traveling with friends? The Sunset Suite includes the Olive Tree Room and the Territorial Suite which can be booked simultaneously to expand your space to 1000 sq. ft.

Manuel and Carolina have chosen an international and multicultural lifestyle that has allowed them to define themselves as cosmopolitans and hardened travelers. On one of their many adventures they discovered Santa Fe, New Mexico and fell in love with its history, traditions, scenery and architecture. The Spanish, Mexican, and Native American cultures coexist in the capital of the Southwest in an extraordinary manner, giving rise to a unique and eclectic identity.

They founded Casa Culinaria - The Gourmet Inn in January of 2017 to offer a space brimming with details, aromas, and flavors. Carolina is a formal chef with a "Grand Diplôme" from the famous International Le Cordon Bleu in both "Haute Cuisine" and "Patisserie"; Manuel is an experienced sommelier and aesthete. Both will make your stay a truly gourmet experience.
