Great location

We came to Orlando with another family so we decided to rent a house during our stay. It was EXACTLY as described, lots of room for everyone to have their own space. Great location to Disney parks!

Wonderful home for family vacation

The home was clean and had plenty of space for 9 of us. We enjoyed the pool and neighborhood. The location is about a 15-20 minute drive to Disney parks, and about 10 minutes to shopping/restaurants.

Not clear communications

Liked the location and house. Could easily have been excellent overall with just a little attention to detail. List of things to expect at the house was incomplete/incorrect causing me multiple trips to the local store. Also, they had two board games and dominos with so many missing pieces they were unplayable. Also had coloring pencils with no points on them Making them unusable. A chalk board for the kids with no chalk. Sounds small but could have been so much better if someone paid attention to the details. The kids were disappointed with almost having something to play with and then finding that they didn’t.

Wonderful Place

Between the private pool and the resort water park we could not have had a better place. The three gathering areas and 6 bedrooms were amazing. If I have a reason to visit Orlando again I would not hesitate to choose this place sgain

Beautiful, large, newer home

The home was large and very clean. Nice to have one king suite downstairs and game room for kids. Also, having the neighborhood Aqua park was Fun for All!

Great spot!

Beautiful home! Very clean and updated. Max of 20 minutes from all the Disney parks. Our kids are all adults, but the association water park and pool are amazing. I will rent this home again.

Fast, Packed Getaway

A group of 11 (6 adults, 2 under 10, 3 under 3) stayed for a 5 day weekend and the house was great. The proximity to Disney World and other parts of Orlando made it easy to get around and the heated pool and hot tub were one of the major highlights for everyone. Despite there being a million things to do and see, one of the best parts was hanging out by the pool and visiting. There was space for all of us, without us being on top of each other or even having to share bathrooms. It was a great trip and the house just made it easy.

Great House

Not far from Disney. Not right next to Epcot as description location lead us to believe. Nice house & owner very helpful. Property Management was OK. We took shuttle 1 day and decided to Uber the other days so we didn't have to wait. I'd stay here again.

Excellent family retreat

We had an amazing week at this home for a trip to Disney with 12 members of my family. The house was exactly as pictured, new, clean and had ample space for 3 families and one set of grandparents. It was within a 15-20 minute drive to Walt Disney World and had lots of grocery store options and dining nearby (2-4 miles). The neighborhood was nice and usually quiet, we did notice more parties towards the weekend, but the community does honor a 10pm quiet time. No complaints from us and we would definitely stay here again.

This house was perfect for our family. We were doing Disney and Universal. It was about 15-20 min drive to all parks, universal was a little further. The kids enjoyed the pool and the game room! I wished we had planned a day to enjoy the water park because it looked great too. We used the restaurant at the clubhouse for takeout. Everyone there was super friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Disney World Vacation

The property was well maintained, however main floor bathroom sink was slow to drain. The kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, dishes, pots and pans. In hindsight, we could have used a BBQ grill on site. The location was further from Disney World than we thought, although a shuttle was available 24 hours notice was required. We enjoyed the spacious house, the kids enjoyed the games room and we had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all. We had a great week!

Amazing property. Great location.

We had a great stay but the property did not have any soaps, hand soap, bathroom soap garbage bags, as it said in listing. I called 4 times and communicated with check in office. Finally just went and bought my own. A little frustrated but the property was just perfect! Highly recommend!!!

A magical stay!

We did a pre-holiday trip to Disney - two families, two groups of three. There was ample space for us in this gorgeous home, and the kids loved the themed rooms, bunk beds and game room. The space was impeccable and had all of the features / benefits promoted in perfect working condition. It’s a truly beautiful house that gives you the best of home and vacation. Finally, the pre-visit communication was consistent and transparent - they were always available to answer questions. When the entry code for the house didn’t work at check-in, I called the provided number and they updated the code live and we were able to enter within a minute. We can’t wait for our next trip to Disney because we know we have a beautiful and reliable space down there! Thanks to the team for helping us have an unforgettable trip.

Nice place, one inaccuracy

It's a nice home, great location, waterpark and community pool are nice. Very clean, the amenities are adequate. Note, though, that the house pool is heated but only if you request and pay extra - not a big deal, but the listing states it is heated without stating that it is an extra charge. I was not told the heat was extra and that I needed to request it until I contacted the management company to find out why I could not get the pool to heat (even the literature in the home did not say heat optional - all instructions were written as though it was included.)

A beautiful spacious property

With the exception of the air conditioning malfunction this property was what we needed. The kids loved the pool and the decorated bunk bedrooms and the arcade. The kitchen pots and cook equipment was exactly what we needed. We appreciate the clear instructions for care of the property and the advanced warning of the limited supplies of toilet paper and garbage Bags. We’re pleasantly surprised with the number of coffee filters were given. Again other than the maintenance issue of the air conditioning unit we had a great time together in this spacious unit.

No compensation for having to evacuate

We were excited to spend a week with our family in this beautiful home. Unfortunately, we had to evacuate after just a couple days there because of hurricane Ian. We are being offered no partial refund, credit, or any kind of compensation. Maybe they suggested staying in a category 5 hurricane, in an area where people are currently being rescued from, with 5 children in the house. I would not support them.

Large, comfy, fun lodging for family Disney vacation

The property was large, modern and comfortable. The backyard pool and the water park on-site were perfect for our family (kids age 7-14). The address on vrbo (2300 Epcot) was incorrect. We also received driving directions to the property as an email attachment, which over-complicated our arrival via rideshare - folks should just use the specific property address (shared two days before for us, via email) in the gps. The back sliding door had an alarm that would go off every time you open the door - to avoid it, you have to remember to push a button, and then have ~10 seconds to open and close the door. This was inconvenient (and loud). The shuttle to the parks was partly useful. Very limited morning shuttle options, and difficult to get accurate info about expected ride time to Disney transportation center/parks. We switched to Lyft after one shuttle day. Despite these small inconveniences, we very much enjoyed our stay.
