Immaculate 3bd 2bath home with a wall of windows to the bay that is full of fish, wildlife, and stunning sunrises. Bring your boat, paddle board, wind surfing board, fishing poles, crab pots, fins and snorkels to use on our dock. Dock is lighted, has a fish cleaning station with running water. Enjoy walks or biking along the path that runs the entire length of the cape.. Cook hot dogs and s’mores in the fire pit or while watching the sunset over the gulf. If you enjoy photography and birdwatching you will be amazed. Horseback riding on the beach and pickle ball are offered at Salinas Park. There is a hiking/nature trail in the State Park. If you need to get a little work done, we offer 5G internet.

The views from the house are amazing. The house is roomy and set up well for a family or couples. Communication with the host was very easy. We would definitely stay again.

We continue to love our stay at Carol and Phil’s bayside home. From the open floor plan to the windows and decks over looking the bay- it’s a perfect retreat for our family. We enjoy boating in the bay and a short drive to the beach!

Long weekend stay

The house is great with water access via a shared pier with neighboring houses. For boaters, know that at low tide, the water is extremely shallow at the dock (this was the case in early September). A shallow draft bay boat is fine but the bigger boats were sitting on bottom at low tide. Generally speaking, the house is well setup with everything you could really need and it’s comfortable. The owners make available some recreational equipment such as kayaks.

Beautiful property and wonderful hosts

We really enjoyed this property. Convenient to the beach and a beautiful bay view. The house was well appointed and just what we needed. Phil and Carol even came by to welcome us. The owners were very responsive to questions asked about the property. They treat their renters with a personal touch.

Paradise

This is one of our all time favorite house to stay. The view is a 10.5! Property is A+ and the area is perfect. Home owners are very nice, thoughtful, and close by if you have any questions. Highly recommend all of their properties. We could wake up in that house every day.

Another Great Stay

The home is spacious and well equipped, and the location is perfect for us. We love being on the bay side of the Cape, and this property allows us to launch our kayaks from the backyard for a paddle down to the state park. The kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy cooking after a day of activities, and the dock was great for finishing out the day as the sun went down. This was our second stay with the hosts, and we will definitely go back.

Cozy bay cottage

We enjoyed our week at this cozy cottage on the bay. The dock was a highlight and we were able to easily tie up our small boat. The house is filled with beautiful windows and natural light. Neighborhood beach access is a short walk or bike ride across the street. Nice lounge area and dining tables. Kitchen was functional and clean. For guests that plan to cook a lot, the cookware could use updating, but it’s adequate for most needs. The beds were very comfortable. The owners clearly put a good deal of effort into keeping their property nice for guests.

Fun on the Cape

Our family decided to take a last minute trip to Florida-we chose this location because I have big fisherman who wanted to be able to fish off the dock. We caught to red drum off the dock as the tide came in at night. We also went fishing with Chasin your Dreams charter and had a great time. One of our favorite activities was our horse ride on the beach-Rockin’ M Stables did a great job and our horses were awesome! We enjoyed a delicious dinner at Krazyfish in Port St. Joe-would highly recommend! We also enjoyed hours on the beach looking for shells. The weather was cool but the sunrises and sunsets were amazing and we made the best of it. We could definitely see God’s beauty in so many ways here at Cape San Blas!

Beautiful and Spacious Home

The home was beautiful with more than a few modern conveniences, such as a lift for your luggage, doorless showers, separate ice maker and a view that was to die for. There was a deck off each of the three bedrooms and a screened porch with a gas grill. Two walk-in closets were in the MBR with extra shelving. The house was absolutely the best, but we had a guest on crutches and the beach was not as close as we thought when we booked it.

Amazing, magical, beautiful

We've been coming to CSB for about 12 years. From camping on the Cape, staying with friends in Barrier Dunes, another house on the bay, and now this beautiful house. Carol and Phil were amazing hosts. This will be our new go to place to stay each May as we come to our favorite vacation spot. We spend every day kayaking in the bay. We brought our own kayaks to ensure that a kayak was available for each one of us. However, Carol and Phil provide plenty of kayaks for guests and this would not be an issue if you didn't bring your own. This location was perfect. There are many sandbars within a short paddle to enjoy. And the fishing was great. We kayaked to the state park which was also an easy paddle. We saw so much sea life which is our biggest attraction to this area and the bay. We also had a bobcat come strolling across the yard. This location is perfect for the nature lover. We were close to the general store and fresh seafood if you don't fish. The walk to the Gulf/beach is quick and easy. We spent all day kayaking in the bay and then would walk over to the beachside to see the incredible sunsets. We loved this house's close proximity to the bay. The yard is beautiful and and landscaping is well maintained. The house was amazing with 3 large bedrooms and a very large kitchen/living area that provided wonderful views of the bay. Sunrise is breathtaking. Thank you Carol and Phil for being such great hosts and for sharing this magical place!

Best Vacation Ever!

This property was breathtaking from the moment we pulled into the driveway. The landscaping is beautiful & well-maintained. The large, covered gathering area underneath the house offered the perfect place for us to shuck oysters & spend time with our extended family. It was always cool & breezy and offered a nice view of the backyard and bay. We loved the fire pit, large deck, & beach area directly in front of the property leading right into the bay! Our family enjoyed looking for shells & critters as well as utilizing the numerous kayaks to explore beyond the dock, even paddling out to exposed sandbars at low tide & walking around. The beach is just a short walk across the main road. Our teen & young-adult children enjoyed riding bikes through the neighborhood & back and forth to the beach. The house itself was very clean and offered large spaces to gather for meals or for playing games and relaxing. There was even an outside lift that was very handy to move heavy items from our vehicles to inside the house. Two of the three bedrooms have walls that face the bay & those walls are covered in windows & a sliding door to access a deck area with nice seating. One thing to note, the windows & sliding doors are only covered by window sheers. Privacy was a concern during our whole trip & sleeping in was difficult, but the trade off was rolling over in bed & opening our eyes to see the most beautiful sunrise over the horizon. Breathtaking! We highly recommend this property!!

Our family has enjoyed Cape San Blas for many years. We enjoy the small town atmosphere with the tranquility of both the bay and the gulf. We go on morning walks to exercise while enjoying all the nature that the Cape has to offer. We relish in the fact that there is such delicious fresh seafood available. We love that the area is not overcrowded and relaxing. We never get tired of the spectacular sunrises, sunsets, and clear views of the Milky Way. There are so many treasures along the shorelines as you stroll along. Our beaches are extremely clean and everyone is friendly.

This property has so much to offer. The home is quite spacious, open concept, freshly remodeled, and views to die for! The home is filled in the mornings with the splendid colors of the sunrise and the bay reflects magnificent colors from the sunset. Enjoy the birds as the come to feed each morning and afternoon. Sip your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails on the 475 ft dock at the house that we also own 2 doors down. Feel free to bring you boat, fishing poles, or crab pots. We also have some kayaks that are shared. Roast hotdog and s’mores on the fire pit or have a bonfire on the Gulf beach. When the moon comes up it glitters as the light dances on the water. Our street is very quiet, private, and relaxing. We own four properties in a row if you are wishing to a large family reunion or special event and need accommodations for a larger number of guests. Our properties are very well maintained and we are very quick to respond to all of your needs.
