It is 25 square meters, located in a charming small condominium of only 10 units and can accommodate up to 4 people.
You can enjoy an ideal place to relax, with a small green area with trees, a small square decorated with tables and chairs.

Warm and well-appointed, the studio is fully equipped with :
- A sleeping area with 1 bunk bed and 2 convertible sofas,
- A shower room,
- and a fully-equipped, functional kitchen.
You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay: Senseo and filter coffee machines, oven, microwave, TV, washing machine, refrigerator,
Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.
One of the apartment's strengths is its location. The residential area in which the studio is located is peaceful and quiet, just a 3-minute walk from the beach, stores and restaurants.
If you love good food, you'll be delighted to discover the variety of restaurants nearby, offering a multitude of gastronomic choices.
For shopping enthusiasts, a variety of boutiques are just a 3-minute walk away.
And if you'd like to explore the area further, you'll be pleased to know that the little port is just a 4-minute walk away. Here you can experience the maritime atmosphere and admire the boats moored there.
If you're a nature lover, you'll be delighted by the customs trail, just a 4-minute walk away.
