Residence: Located at 1800 meters above sea level, Le Balcon des Airelles is a beautiful wooden and stone residence offering a magnificent panorama of the valley, the larch forest and the surrounding mountains.In the heart of the geographical centre of the resort Les Orres 1800, it is ideally located opposite the tourist office, the offices of the ESF and the ESI and only a few steps from the departures of the trails and hiking trails. The daycare stop will also be only a few hundred meters away to drop off your pious.You will find modern and pleasant living accommodations ranging from 4 to 10 sleeping accommodations all with a balcony overlooking the valley or the slopes and peaks.The Balcon des Airelles has a beautiful heated indoor swimming pool that will accommodate small and large non-skiers. The swimming pool is open from 2pm to 7pm in season only, summer and winter, every day except Saturday. The residence also has several underground parking spaces available for rent as needed.



Accommodation: The Agence des Orres offers this magnificent 33 m2 apartment for up to 5 people. It is ideally located in the Orres 1800, just a few meters from the shopping square where you will find entertainment and all amenities (superette, bakery, restaurants,...). Completely renovated in spring 2025, it has all the necessary comfort and will be the perfect accommodation for your stay in the mountains, with family or friends! The living room consists of a living room with double sofa bed and TV; a dining area to share mountain specialities with 5 guests at the table; and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, hob, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, raclette and fondue appliances). From the balcony exposed to the west, you will enjoy an unobstructed view of the valley of Serre-Ponçon; promise of aperitifs at sunset.. In the bedroom you will have a double bed 140 x 190 cm with a single bunk bed. A bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet complete the set. You will necessarily enjoy the access included to the heated indoor pool of your residence, to relax after sports days in the mountains (open space in season only, summer as well as winter). You will have at your disposal a private ski box to store your ski gear and you will easily access the snow front and the first ski slopes by simply crossing the road, at the exit of the ski locker. For a safe arrival, reserve a parking space in the residence's underground parking lot, providing direct access to the accommodation via the elevator; directly to the Agency (additional and subject to availability).
