The backyard is shared between this unit and our other Penthouse unit, TRES.

*If you are staying for a weekend, we need to limit your reservation to one night only so the other group has the opportunity to enjoy the space as well.

Our concierge will reach upon your booking to see if they can help with any special requests or needs such as stocking the fridge, helping load in your items, or help with booking a private chef for a special dinner at the property.

Unit is steps to the most amazing restaurants the city has to offer, fun dance spots, shopping, a vegan diner, and even a bar with a bowling lane. Check out Emporium, a bar plus arcade, just next door or picnic in one of the many grassy boulevards Logan Square has to offer. Forgot something? There is a Target on your block! We are 10 minutes to downtown and 30 minutes to O’Hare airport via the Blue Line Train, which is only a block walk from the unit. The bus stop is literally on the doorstep.

California Blue Line stop is about a 5 minute walk away and the Fullerton bus and Milwaukee bus are around the corner and give easy access to Lincoln Park, downtown, the Red Line Train, Wicker Park, and the West Loop.

We may have two covered garage parking spots available onsite for an additional $35/space per night. If you are interested in this option, please let us know ASAP. It is based on a first come, first serve basis.

This is property has a two story walkup to reach the second floor.

The 4th bedroom is a private bedroom off of the back stairwell, but is still connected to the unit on the same floor. It has a private door to access.

The property is located in the heart of Logan Square's bustling restaurant district and walking distance to public transportation. There will be city noise, and we provide sound machines and earplugs for your comfort.

O'Hare Airport is just a 20 minute commute. The California Blue Line train is 2 blocks away walking distance from El Motel making your commute an absolute breeze.

Bachelor Party Success!

We had a great stay with Bangtel. We had a group of 7 for a bachelor party, and accommodations were perfect. The Bangtel team did a great job at communicating and staying in touch to ensure the trip went smoothly. Highly recommend!

Great spot for a bachelorette!

We had a wonderful time at Bangtel! The listing was extremely accurate and the space was very clean. We had 13 girls staying at the place across the 4 bedrooms and with 2 full air mattresses that they provided us.

Comfortable place to explore Chicago

Nice, nice, spacious place to explore Chicago. Very comfortable beds. Communication with BANGTEL was really good. When we needed support they were immediately available on the phone. We stayed there as a family. Good connection to downtown. Not totally quiet but we all could sleep very well.

Logan Square Treasure

What a great stay! El Motel Dos was a fun and comfortable location for a week in the city. Close to the California and Logan Square L stops (blue line), this 4 bedroom apartment was the perfect spot to enjoy Chicago from. Walking distance from many great eateries (Furious Spoon, Sultan’s Market, Big Wig Tacos, Jenni’s, Devil Dawgs) and great shopping (Myopic Books, Rentless Records, Shugga Records, SteelPetalPress) and drinking spots. We very much enjoyed the decor, and the space was well appointed and comfortable. Good for our dog (thought the stairs were a little hard for his little legs!) and great neighborhood behind for walking. Relaxing patio for wine at night, but you can’t mind neighborhood noise (they did leave earplugs!) Spot Hero parking was only $40 for the week and was only one block away. We would definitely return for a stay and city adventure.

Earplugs necessary in otherwise edgy, fun venue

There were many things our group of nine appreciated about this venue, but it is located in the nightclub district where one cannot expect to get any sleep until after 2AM. This was hard on the whole group. The courtesy earplugs helped the adults but were unusable for the infants. We are all in pretty good shape so schlepping the heavy luggage up a flight an a half of steep stairs was doable, but difficult. The unit itself was very nice in all respects with a large common area which we loved. There was a washer and dryer we needed and used. There is a fourth bedroom which is outside the main unit and accessed through the stairwell, so unsuitable for children. The place is ideal for bachelorette or bachelor parties where adults stay up all night and don't expect to get to bed until after 2AM. The four 30-somethings in our group loved the neighborhood and the amenities of the neighborhood are great. I do not recommend for families of small children who will be impacted by the lack of sleep.

An experience🤗

We actually had to be moved last minute to one of Bangtel’s other properties, basically just down the road from our original booking. While it did create a few inconveniences, the overall experience was fabulous. The Bangtel team bent over backwards to accommodate us. It is clear that they know what they’re doing. My sister and I have stayed in many rentals over the course of many many years, and this was our best overall experience to date. I would highly recommend using a Bangtel property👍

Fun family time in Logan Square

This property was a great home base for our family. The location was perfect to hop on the L to get right downtown and there were lots of dining options nearby. The property was spacious and clean. We will keep it in mind for our next visit to Chicago.
