Everything you could ever imagine was in the room. It came with plenty of towels, beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, card games, a puzzle. Every kitchen utensil and baking dishes, pots, pans were all there. It's a great place to stay.

The condo was nice but the grounds were bad. The lazy river area is very run down. Every entry gate or door has holes where security locks have been removed and looks bad. The hot tubs were not hot. Kids were swimming in them. Not one outdoor shower worked. Locations was nice.

Thank you for your feedback—we’re glad you enjoyed the condo itself and the location. We’re sorry to hear about your experience with the resort amenities. While we take great pride in maintaining our condo to a high standard, the outdoor areas such as the lazy river, hot tubs, gates, and showers are managed by the resort/HOA rather than individual owners. That said, we completely understand how important those features are to the overall stay. Regarding the outdoor showers, these are typically turned off during cooler months to prevent freezing and protect the plumbing systems. We’ve shared your comments about the other amenities with the resort management team so they’re aware of these concerns and can address them. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as it helps advocate for improvements. For future guests, we’re always happy to provide the most up-to-date information on resort amenities prior to booking. Thanks again for staying with us—we hope to host you again in the future.
