The Urban Flat In Paris team is pleased to welcome you to this fully renovated old apartment with a surface area of 75sqm which can accommodate up to 10 people, ideally for 7 persons.
We are pleased to inform you that whatever the number of people indicated in your reservation, we will provide sheets and towels up to the maximum capacity of the apartment.

In order for us to welcome you in the best possible sanitary conditions, our aparthotels are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
Our fabulous 75 m2 fully renovated apartment is ideal for accommodating up to 10 people for a comfortable Parisian stay.
It is provided with Wifi, hair dryer, electric heaters, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and TV .
The American kitchen is perfectly equipped (fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle).
You will love to relax on the sofa in the living room or in the dining area to chat with your friends or family , sharing a snack or a glass of wine after a hectic day in the capital.
The sober, modern and silent bedrooms are equipped with excellent quality bedding for a perfect sleep.
Ideally located in the Opera neighborhood, you are two steps away from the famous Galerie Lafayette and Printemps Haussmann. This will allow you to have an unforgettable experience at the heart of Parisian style and fashion, and offer you the opportunity to find the latest in fashion, luxury, home-ware and beauty all in one place through a selection of great French and international brands.
You will also be at a short walking distance to the Opéra Garnier this 19th-century architectural masterpiece, Napoleon III commissioned it as part of the renovation works in the capital carried out under his command by Baron Haussmann. A historical monument open to visitors during the day staging opera and dance. Don't forget to admire the ceiling painted by Chagall in the main auditorium.
