We are pleased to inform you that whatever the number of people indicated in your reservation, we will provide sheets and towels up to the maximum capacity of the apartment.

It has 3 bathrooms (Shower and shower+wc) and separate wc

To ensure your well-being, our aparthotels adhere to the highest cleanliness standards. Upon your arrival, the Urban Flat in Paris team equips you with standard Afnor masks, gloves, hydroalcoholic gel, disinfectant wipes, and soap, ensuring a safe and comfortable stay.
The stunning wooden flooring harmonizes seamlessly with the elegant furnishings, cultivating a cozy and warm ambiance. It provides a serene retreat in the heart of the vibrant capital, offering an intimate respite amidst the myriad activities that Paris has to offer.

Your reservation is protected. In the event of a technical incident before your arrival, we will offer you an upgrade or a comparable apartment.
