Family vacation

This property was absolutely perfect for my husband, our son, his wife and daughter, our youngest son and me to stay. The property is located in a great area. They have plenty of carts to help you unload your vehicle and groceries at the front door. There several box fans and fans on stands if you’re accustomed to sleeping with a fan. I highly recommend this property. The property manager was great to work with and was very helpful. He was quick to respond.

Excellent property and owner.

Condo was excellent, looked even better in person. Owner communicated great, was thorough and very friendly. Called us before check in and kept in contact during the stay to make sure everything was going well. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, amenities in the condo were nice. Plenty of pots, pans, plates, etc.. for a family of 8 to cook and eat. The dryer broke mid-way through the stay and he promptly fixed the situation. The fastest local delivery was going to take 2 days, the owner offered to drive 2 hours to deliver it himself that day. We declined since the 2 days was fine for us but he offered multiple times. The San Carlos property itself was very nice. Pool was usually pretty empty so the kids had plenty of space to be kids. The beach was always clean and quiet while we were out there. Staff was all very friendly. 3 elevators made getting up and down extremely easy, even during peak hours. Overall, fantastic experience overall and will absolute stay here again next time we visit!

We had an awesome stay! We are regulars in June and have never stayed here until this time. It was super clean, safe, and beautiful inside. It was also super easy to communicate with the host throughout the whole process. Beautiful views and in walking distance to most everywhere. Would 10/10 recommend

Spring Break in Gulf Shores

This condo is one of the few with 4 large beds, it had a fully equipped kitchen and the owner was extremely responsive. This condo was perfect for my son and I and two of his friends for their spring break on the beach. Good corner balcony, three fast elevators make navigating the floors easily.

Nice rental for family vacation - especially for family’s with infants.

Great location. Walkable to several restaurants. Nice that there were 3 bedrooms & 3 baths. Having the pack n play , high chair, & portable crib is a great amenity for family’s with infants- although the portable crib was really shaky so we elected to just use the pack n play for a bed. Loved being oceanfront with the short trek to the beach.

Relaxing Getaway

This property location is perfect. Very quiet and close to all the pubs, restaurants, shops and walking paths. The unit has everything you need to include washer and dryer. The TV uses streaming services. Overall, we loved it and will stay there again when we visit.

Shrimp fest get away

This property checked all the boxes for us. It was clean, had more than enough room, well stocked kitchen, within walking distance to Shrimp Fest grounds, and local restaurants. The view was gorgeous, and the beach was beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.

We have upgraded electronics with each bedroom having a Sony 42' TV and DVD so that guests in all rooms can enjoy TV and movies after hours or when they are not on the beach or at the attractions in Gulf Shores. Also, we have included for our guests some amenities that we like personally. For example, a home-made ice cream maker is available in our unit--Just bring your favorite fruit!
