Enjoy this comfortable, fully furnished, quaint home (1278 sq ft) with an open floor plan. 2bd/2ba with desk nook in family room. Sit under the umbrella on the large front patio, or retreat to the backyard patio to watch the bunnies play while you grill up steaks on the BBQ. There are two bikes and folding chairs in the garage for local outings. Close to fitness centers, golf, pickleball, tennis and aquatics. Beautifully landscaped yard in a friendly neighborhood. No pets/smoking.

Fantastic Stay!

If you're looking for a cozy, comfortable place to stay, this is it! It's in a great location and just a few turns off of the 303 freeway. Everything was fresh, clean and well kept. Check in and check out is a breeze. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. I took a lovely 30 minute walk to the waterfall and to the west, there were hot air balloons floating by! There are two bicycles in the garage that are available to use. I rode the green bicycle with no issues. There are some great restaurants off of Bell Road, and Costco is only a 13 minute drive. This felt like home away from home and I would definitely recommend! Connie is fantastic with communication and was very flexible with accommodations. Thank you for such an awesome experience!

Nice House

We needed a last-minute booking and the owners were very accommodating and very easy to work with. Everything was in working order and it was a nice place to stay.

Winter escape

Nicely furnished. Comfortable beds, and the owner had paid particular attention to items we would needed to fix meals at home. Owner was very responsive to our questions and observations. Easy access to major thoroughfares to travel in and around the NW valley.

Great place

Such a great house with the best hosts! We loved the space, loved the backyard with all the quail and truly enjoyed our time there. It was clean, spacious, had everything we needed, both Tim and Connie were easy to get ahold of and got back to us quickly whenever we had a question and were always so helpful! We had some small issues with the trash and wifi that were both fixed and in a timely manner. Next time we are back in AZ we will definitely be back to their place again! Thank you!
