The Space:
The house has all the necessary comfort for a pleasant vacation with family or friends. It can accommodate up to 6 people in 2 bedrooms. The adjoining house is available for rental and can accommodate 7 people for a maximum total capacity of 13 people. Contact us.

The house is composed of:

On the ground floor:
- a large dining room with sea view equipped with a sofa
- a separate kitchen with large fridge, dishwasher, micro- wave, kettle, oven, induction hob
- a large living room with sofa, television and sea view
- a laundry room with washing machine
- a separate toilet

On the 1st floor: a bedroom with a double bed (160cm ) and a bathroom with shower, WC and double sink.

On the 2nd floor: a bedroom with a double bed and two single beds (90cm)

The house is a central point for discovering the bay of Morlaix. It is located 5 minutes from the town of Carantec and the town of Morlaix. There is direct access to the coastal hiking trails (GR 34).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

- The deposit of 300 euros is not collected. Our secure deposit system (Swikly) simply takes your bank card.
- Your Property Manager Fanny will be at your disposal during your stay.
- You will find the minimum necessary on your arrival: dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, washing tablets -dishes, detergent, and sponges.
Linens (tea towel and bath mat) are included.
Bed and bathroom linen are not included in the price, as our customers generally prefer to save this cost which would be automatically integrated. However, we offer optional bed and bath linen for €100 per stay. It can be ordered and paid for after booking.

Late arrivals and late departures are possible at an additional cost.
A mandatory package of
intermediate cleaning" is charged at 25 euros at the time of booking and corresponds to disinfection and to the preparation of the house between two tenants.

We ask our tenants to leave the house in the same condition as they found it when they arrived (clean kitchen and bathroom, refrigerator and cupboards emptied, not visible dirt, trash removed, etc.) If the house is left dirty, the tenant will have a deduction from the deposit for the extra time spent cleaning the house. We also offer this to our tenants who do not want to think about cleaning before their arrival. departure, a "complete cleaning" package. For this accommodation, the amount of this package is an additional €80.
