Family fun and gymnastics

We come every year for a gymnastics meet. But, we enjoy family time together as well. We loved the property, it was stocked with salt and pepper and some spices and that was nice. The property had everything we needed for a large family and I loved the electric fireplace in the master bedroom and the rocking chair with a good book! We will be back!

Family vacation

This was our 2nd time staying at this cabin. Very clean and has a game room that kept the kids and even the adults busy when staying inside. Cabin is close to everything which was great. Host is quick to respond and has been pleasant to communicate with. Definitely will be staying again on our next trip

Cute cabin, great location.

Most things were good and we enjoyed our stay. It would have been very helpful to have lamps in bedrooms and downstairs. A few lightbulbs were out and remote needed new batteries. Kitchen is really small if you plan to do much cooking. We did enjoy the hot tub. Would stay again but not with more than 6 people.

Great Location and Cabun

Loved the location. It was very close to town but you didn’t feel like it. Kids enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. Enough room for everyone to have their own space. Would definitely stay here again.

Spring break '23

The cabin is beautiful and very conveniently located. Any question or issue we had expressed, the property manager was very responsive to. We enjoyed our time very much and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

We were down for a dance competition and this was the perfect location, close to the convention center and still had activities to do that were close. One thing we found was trash service was lacking. We do a lot of cooking while on vacation and that quickly filled the cans and they were not picked up in the week we stayed there which left us with bags of trash in the cabin.

Family getaway

This cabin was the perfect size for the 5 of us. It was in a great location ( very quite ) and close to everything. The kids loved the pool table, hot tub and the foosball game. Already looking forward to coming back next year . Owner was super quick to respond to emails and check in was easy.

Nice cabin in an excellent location

We enjoyed our quick 4 day stay at this cabin. It is located about a mile and half for several places to eat and things to do. A swimming pool is located down the steps behind the cabin. The kitchen is fully stocked with lots of pots and pans. Only issue we had was the trash cans outside were full as we were leaving. It would have been an issue if we were there one more day. I would definitely rent this cabin again in the future.

Pros..lots of sleeping places, hot tub, walking distance to pool and 5 mintutes to Pigeon Forge attractions. Cons..need better towels and someone needs to give the Barbecue pit a good cleaning. Too dirty to use.

40th anniversary trip

Loved the house. The host was most helpful when I left my bathing suit behind. The floors were rather dirty and garbage was left under the basement sofa. But otherwise it was a great place to stay. We did wash the floors ourselves. I would recommend this to anybody going down to pigeon forge. It was steps away from the pool!

Our Pigeon Forge getaway

The cabin was as described, very convenient located to all attractions. No problem checking in , plenty of space. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the cabin. The master (king bed ) had someone’s hair on blankets. The towels in bathroom were very dingy and they smelled, the house had not been dusted in a while. The house and porches just needs a real good cleaning.

Last minute trip with friends/family

The cabin was perfect!!! Stephaine was great and easy to communicate with. We had 10 people in our group and we had plenty of space for everyone. Looking to be close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, entertainment this is the cabin for you! My husband left his wallet at the cabin and before I could email her, she had already emailed me letting me know it was found and that she would mail it to us! We truly enjoyed ourselves and looking forward to booking again! Thanks for allowing us to bring our New Year in relaxing and enjoying the fireworks from your beautiful cabin!

Wonderful Cabin with a Great Location!

The cabin is clean, the view is beautiful, and the community is quiet. The walk to the pool isn't far, but it does require a lot of stairs (or, you can drive to the pool). The stairs weren't a problem for us. Parking was adequate, but tight for two cars. The hot tub was clean and relaxing. The game room with an arcade, pool table, foosball table, and TV was a hit with the kids! Each room (1 on each of 3 floors) has an attached bathroom. The main floor bedroom's bathroom shower was outstanding with multiple rain shower heads and a normal showerhead. I will definitely consider staying here again!

Great Cabin Experience

We’ve vacationed in the mountains for many years. This was our first cabin experience, though. The property was in a perfect location. We did not want to battle treacherous roads to get to a property. If you have multiple cars, parking might be an issue. Due to the small parking area. Other than that I have nothing but positive reviews. The cabin itself, is very roomy. Main floor bathroom shower was amazing. Stephanie was most helpful with any questions we had. Great experience!

Poor Housekeeping

We were very disappointed in the housekeeping. The ice trays were dirty, had red ice cubes still in them. The bed in the bedroom by the game room had a strong smell of urine. The sleep sofa had a Happy New Year hat, dirty socks, candy and crumbs folded up in it (we visited in April). The cabin is very nice but housekeeping really needs improvement. Thank you,

Excellent PF vacation

We (group of 7) throughly enjoyed our stay and couldn't be happier with this cabin. It looked and smelled brand new. The proximity to our destinations in Pigeon Forge was better than expected. It was very peaceful and quiet and we could see a mountain from the back porch which overlooked a green space. I was very impressed with the silverware drawer and the kids loved the main floor shower. The VRBO pictures had me questioning if there was a jacuzzi tub in the basement but it has been replaced with bunk beds (as shown in the picture) perfect for the kids. All of the bathrooms are en suite and this place could sleep 11 or 12 easily. The upstairs has its own HVAC unit thermostat and the downstairs and main floor share the other HVAC unit, so everyone was very comfortable in the middle of the summer. All TVs had basic cable and the Wi-Fi is fast. Verizon 5G had me a 150Mbps connection too. There is not an auto ice maker at this time (July 2021), but there are ice trays and an ice bucket. If you want to mix drinks or pack the camelbak for a hike the instant you get there, grab a bag of ice first. There was also a variety of Kurig coffee/tea pods available :) and I found my new favorite morning 'cup of joe'! The grill on the back deck was a plus. It does run on propane so check the level/weight. The auto ignite for the grill didn't work but there is a long stem lighter in a kitchen drawer. Our host, Stephanie, was great, she answered all of my questions promptly as this was my first time ever booking with VRBO and first time visiting this area so I was a little nervous. We all will definitely remember our trip and will definitely rebook this cabin in the future!
