2 bedroom 2 bath condo in a golf community boasting 27 holes of championship golfing, Very well maintained gated Community with security. Has a restaurant within walking distance.
Close to sunset beach and Ocean Island Beaches short trip to downtown Myrtle beach and Historic Wilmington. added cleaning measures include complete linen changes including bath mats, towels sheets and comforters on each guests stay. Please note there is no longer a pool associated with this rental property.

Enjoyed our stay.

The condo is in a great location and had everything we needed for our stay. Close to beaches, golf courses and not too far from entertainment. Had family stay in another condo close by which had been recently remodeled and a little nicer.

If you like cockroaches this is your place

From the minute you open the door you begin to wonder if you made the right decision. The Condo had an unpleasant odor and I had to purchase air freshener to mitigate against the musty odor. The comforters were dirty, the place is not clean. I found wrappers on the floor, crumbs on the tables in the living area, hair in the bathtub. In fact, there was a clog in the bathtub that the property manager addressed. The cockroaches were the last straw. I checked out on Tuesday morning after checking in on a Saturday. I am working with VRBO to get a refund. So far the landlord has refused and the property manger claims cockroaches are part of NC. I don’t disagree that the cockroaches aka palmetto bugs are part of the area but I have been renting in NC for the past 15 years and never had this issue. I have family that lives in the same plantation and they don’t have this issue. Be warned.

Great Location to get away from the "busy"

Check in and communication with the mgr were easy and thorough. Plenty of room for a family vacation. Quite place out of the busy beach scene but close enough to have fun. Would stay again for sure!

Calabash condo

Overall, our stay at this condo was good. The residents were friendly, the condo is close to the pool, and it’s a beautiful community. We did have a few issues. Linens are listed as provided; however, they only provided 4 bath towels and 4 washcloths, even though our reservation was for 6 people. In addition, the owner/manager was not very responsive to issues. They told me they would bring more towels, but never showed up with them. Overall, the condo is nice, but if you book, please make sure to bring a few extra bath towels.

Great place to stay

Perfect location to stay, close to beach and up the road is a few stores. The condo was beautiful quiet has a nice pool, and some friendly people. My vacation was awesome. And felt like home. Did not want to leave. The kids loved the turtles in the pond next to us! Well of course me too. Lol thanks for letting is stay!!! Until next time...
