Cozy and comfortable 1 bedroom, 1 bath surrounded by beautiful Rocky Mountain views. Updated farmhouse decor with true homey feel, featuring local artist's work . Includes pull out queen sofa bed with new mem foam mattress in living room. Relax in the private backyard . Within walking distance to shops, restaurants, art gallery, or museums. Full modern kitchen, and BBQ grill. Gas fireplace, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, onsite parking, smart TVs, coffee bar. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Please note: We have a 14 day maximum length of stay. Townhouse shares an interior wall with our unit but completely private and well insulated between for complete privacy. NO SHARED SPACES, even in the backyard - privacy fence gives complete privacy from neighbors.

Amazing!

Deb went above and beyond. So many extra little things, we were definitely suprised. We loved the welcome muffin and little note that was left. Deb reponded to our questions within minutes and everything was as described. Will definitely stay again!

Great stay..great host

Deb's property is as described. Very clean & quiet. Truly a 5 star property...only reason for 4 star in location is due to places we wanted to visit. That is NOT Deb's fault, but truly OUR fault due to places we wanted to see. Private fenced back yard was TERRIFIC for our fur babies. Would absolutely, positively stay again.

So relaxing

We really enjoyed our time at the townhouse. It's clean, quiet and close to Manitou Springs, but far enough away to skip the crowds. Deb is an awesome and thoughtful host, you will enjoy your time here also!

Amazing host

This was our first vacation with our baby and it went really well! Debra is an amazing host. She reached out after our first night to see how the first night was. I have rented several vrbos and have never had that happen. It was so thoughtful. We were able to let her know a few things we needed and she accomodated them within a couple hours! We loved the backyard area for relaxing and drinking our morning coffee. There was a heat wave when we were there, so in the evenings we opened all the windows, including the back door, and had all 5 fans going. It was pretty warm in the townhouse, but it eventually cooled down. It's a great location, close to anything you might need and also a nice walking path through the neighborhood. Thanks Debra for you hospitality and attentiveness.

Lovely Mountain Stay

Our stay was a perfect way to enjoy our first trip to Colorado with our infant son. Deb did a great job at making our stay comfortable, and being in a more quiet part of Colorado was ideal!

Cute place near many attractions

This cute one bedroom duplex had everything our family needed and more. I have stayed in many homes while traveling, and this one was stocked more than most in the kitchen and bathroom. The kids loved the family games, checkin was easy, and the proximity to the many attractions was great! Had no issues and would definitely recommend for a couple or a family with a couple small children.

Cute place with plenty of privacy

A small place, but packed with extras - coffee and hot chocolate and snacks that were a nice surprise. The host had the place completely decorated for Christmas. It was wam and cozy. There’s a nice yard with privacy fence for the fur babies. And a deck for hanging out in summer. We needed to extend our stay when our new home purchase was delayed and the host was so helpful and easy to work with so we had one less thing to worry about! Highly recommend!

Absolutely perfection

It is a beautiful stay! The place is cozy, clean, and welcoming. I love that it was decorated for fall. She had so many amenities available. I loved the stay becasue we got to drive to and from Colorado Springs and the scenery is just amazing.

Perfect stay

Deb is the best! We've stayed at a lot of short term rentals and Deb's communication and thoughtfulness made this the best stay yet. The home is extremely well furnished for the renters with all sorts of kitchen appliances and many other thoughtful items to help you enjoy your stay. We absolutely plan to stay here again!

Just Right

It was great. The perfect size. It was exactly as described on VRBO. Clean, cozy, and inviting. Our host Deb was wonderful. She was very informative about the property as well as the town itself. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

Great Host - great property!

Debra goes out of her way to provide everything to make a vacation perfect. Besides the usual VRBO amenities, she provides Starbucks coffee, whole bean coffee, Keurig pods, snacks, waffle mix, picnic basket, cooler, bathroom supplies, and more. Very, very quiet rental and location. Also, she respects the privacy of her guests. The kitchen appliances (stove top, oven and waffle iron) could use some cleaning, but everything else was clean including the microwave, refrigerator, bathroom and other living areas.

Comfortable home

Overall, it was a very nice stay. Nicely furnished and quite comfortable. Had a little trouble getting the propane fireplace going, but they came and got it working. Need a little patience because some times it lights immediately; other times it's several minutes. We washed a batch of clothes, but didn't do a second one because of a water leak. Annoying, but not disastrous. The towels soaked it all up.

Very Comfortable Stay ...

We very much enjoyed our stay! We had all of the comforts of home and Debra's hospitality was very much appreciated with her personal welcome card and some delicious breakfast rolls to enjoy with our coffee the next morning. There were plenty of incidental items to choose from if we happened to forgot anything! We enjoyed our visit to Pikes Peak, the AirForce Academy and the Olympic Training Center which were all in close proximity to our stay. Thanks again for your hospitality Debra!

Great property

This property has everything needed for a comfortable and homey stay. Deb thought of even the little things with her "Oops" cabinet. Comfortable bed and a great layout. A beautiful patio to have morning coffee. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
