- The property requires a damage deposit of USD 30/night/unit on the credit/debit card provided. The deposit is required for EACH UNIT and is refunded IN FULL upon check-out.

- Early check-in is subject to availability upon arrival.

- Following property rules, the minimum age required for check-in is 18 years old.

- Kids over 13y.o. are considered adults. Please verify all the children's age in the reservation request. Failure to verify this information within 48 hours of the reservation request may result in cancellation.

THE UNITS

Each 400sf unit features:
- 2 Queen beds;
- 1 sofa bed;
- Daily housekeeping;
- Mini-refrigerator (no freezer), 2-burner stove, coffee maker, microwave, kitchen equipment;
- All linens, towels, and bathroom essentials are provided. You don’t need to bring a thing!!

THE PROPERTY

Our family-friendly property provides the following on-site amenities:
- 24/7 Front desk and Security;
- On-site restaurant: Breakfast 6 AM - 9 AM, Lunch 11 AM - 2 PM, and Dinner 5 PM - 9 PM;
- On-site bar;
- Free parking for 1 car per unit.
- Pet policy: $20.00 (per pet) Non-refundable, one time fee. Pets must be leashed at all times on property and must be caged in the room for housekeeping.
- Please be advised that there is a $250 smoking fee charged if evidence of smoking within any guest
room is found.

NOTE: Some of the amenities may not function as advertised. At this time and until further notice:
- Coffee maker is not offered during summer;
- Room service is not available until further notice;
