As you enter, you'll be greeted by an open layout that boasts soaring vaulted ceilings and an abundance of natural light. The spacious and inviting kitchen features modern appliances and all the culinary tools you could need, seamlessly flowing into the tastefully decorated dining and living areasâideal for entertaining or enjoying a cozy night in.
Each of the three generously sized bedrooms is designed to provide a peaceful sanctuary, ensuring restful nights and rejuvenating mornings. Enjoy the convenience of beach chairs, fresh linens, and plush towels all provided for your comfort.
Just a short stroll away, you'll find Jacksonville Beach's Sunshine Playground at South Beach Park, perfect for outdoor activities like pickleball and leisurely walks. The newly constructed saltwater heated pool, complete with an inviting swim deck, offers an idyllic space for relaxation and sunny afternoons.
This pet-friendly beach house caters to your every need, featuring smart TVs in each bedroom for entertainment and reliable WIFI for staying connected.

POOL HEATERS:
Pool heaters are turned off from 5/15 to 9/15 as the pool temperatures are at or well above the 85 degree threshold. To request that the pools be heated between 9/15 - 5/15, contact management 72 hours before your arrival. Pools will not be heated for last minute bookings. The pool heaters heat the pools to 85 degrees. When we experience lows below 45 degrees, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45 degrees, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding.
Guests use the pool at their own risk.
PET FRIENDLY:
We warmly welcome four-legged CANINE friends. No cats, please. (They don't like the beach!)
There is a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. When you reserve, please indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs, you are agreeing that you have reviewed and agreed to the following guidelines:
Maximum limit allowed: 3 dogs
NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs will be permitted to stay on the property.
Must be completely house-trained or kept in a kennel when left alone.
Our beach communities are extremely welcoming to animals, and we are a very dog-friendly community. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend to many restaurants or bars with outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats.
