The Space
Cora Marie House is curated especially for comfortable extended stays, whether it be for business or leisure. Super cozy beds outfitted with crisp 100% cotton sateen sheets, fully equipped kitchen, large dining table, comfy couches and a binge-watch ready smart TV. An expansive backyard with plenty of space for your kids and dogs to run and play. In a quiet neighborhood with a community park, basketball courts and POOL! It really is a homey place without any of the hotel feel you'll get at other extended stay options.

I'm a professional artist living in Pflugerville with my husband of 20 years, 10 year old son, and our Doxle dog. Running our Airbnb properties not only allows me to continue working as an artist, but it also allows me to show hospitality to guests from all over the world, which I love! Getting Around
A vehicle is recommended to get around, however, Uber, Lyft and Ride Austin are available. There is parking for two vehicles in the driveway and additional parking on the street.

Verification
I ask all my guests to send me a photo ID to verify their identity (no third party bookings, please) and age (minimum age 21).

Other Things to Note
Contactless check-in! You'll get a private, unique-to-you code for the door and be able to arrive whenever is convenient to you after 3pm, and come and go as you wish. We'll be a quick phone call or text away, but there's no need to ever lay eyes on us!

For pets we ask that you let us know about each of your pets...breeds, if they are taking flea and tick preventative, and if they are house and crate trained. There is a $200 deposit per pet, 50% refundable if there is no pet damage. For monthly stays 30 nights or longer, in addition to the pet deposit, pet rent of $50/pet/month will be added to your stay.

For mail service, a fully refundable deposit of $50 for the mail key is required, to be refunded upon return of the mail key.

There is absolutely no smoking permitted in Cora Marie House. If smoke odors are detected by housekeeping, you will be charged a $750 fee.

Because we often have same day turnovers, there will be a late check out fee of $150 when housekeeping arrives and guests are not yet checked out. If guests remain 1 hour past check out time, a full day's rate will be charged.

During this time of pandemic, we are doing a thorough disinfecting of all surfaces, deep cleaning of bath and kitchen, laundering all linens in hot water, and the house will be aired out, all windows and doors open to let fresh air circulate, for the afternoon after the previous tenants checkout. We ask that you communicate with us immediately if there is anything unsatisfactory about the property when you arrive so we can have the cleaner come over as quickly as possible.
