Great place for gatherings!

Seema’s house was perfect for our big friend reunion. Plenty of seating and places to hang - the two kitchens on either side of the house were perfect for storing all our food. The beds were comfy and it was the perfect getaway for what we wanted (quiet, no neighbors)

Great spot for large groups

This house is absolutely perfect for large get togethers! The deck is an amazing space for hanging out in the day or night. The yard is also fully fenced which was great. So much parking, and the lot is extremely private. Having the two separate sides of the house connected by the two living rooms and two kitchens downstairs was ideal for a large group. There were AC units in each of the rooms which was a lifesaver. Not to mention that the host was very responsive and helpful! Book this place for your next large get together.

Inaccurate listing

Wouldn’t recommend. House needs a lot of maintenance. The photos looks great but when you get there, the house is dirty, there’s trash on the back deck and in both garages, and crumbs and hair throughout the house. There is cardboard hidden behind the curtains to block broken windows and broken pull out beds. There was not enough towels for the quantity of people it can host. There was a bit of a language barrier with the host as well.

Great Family Time

This property definitely met our needs of a group of 16-18 family,, ages 24-84. All but one bedroom was upstairs which helped for the oldest. The huge deck met all our needs for visiting, BBQ, puzzles, and just being together. Owner Seema was so helpful , always quickly answered, and brought in extra fans and swamp coolers for the hottest week of the year.

Large family and friends gathering!

Our family and friends (ages 6 months to 60 years old) enjoyed the large house to be able to celebrate a surprise engagement. We enjoyed the seclusion from other houses while still being a drive to the City. The kitchen was large and having two living areas allowed the adults and kids to seperate and enjoy various activities. While it was a cold and rainy weekend, we appreciated having a covered porch for our carne asada (BBQ). There were plenty of beds and linens for our 25 guests, as well as plenty of restrooms. Our host had more than enough toiletries and kitchen utensils. We arrived in 7 vehicles and the paved area was plenty for parking.

Very helpful hostess, huge back deck.

It's a large duplex with a great back deck for outdoor relaxing with family. There is a great bedroom for kids, and comfy furniture throughout. Best part is the hostess, though. She makes sure everything is great for your stay, and get you anything you need. Definitely a good find if you're in the Woodinville area.
